Hello my wonderful friends and fellow steemians, I am back again with another city cordinator's report for the week under review. A lot happened within the week and I am here to report back to you all. Please keep reading.

RECRUITMENT

Over the periods of my being the cordinator for Uyo and other cities without cordinator, Recruitment has been a regular feature and this is in pursuance of @steemalive mission. This week is not an exception. Within the week, the following persons were recruited

Meet up

Meet up has been a weekly thing for us in Uyo and all other cities under me. We meet Regular and interact. Apart from our whatsapp group page where we interact on a daily basis, we have our weekend meet ups. This week, we also had it on Saturday by 3pm. What we did this time was to get other from their various locations to join our zoom video conferencing. If it is possible, I adviced that they meet together and join the video conferencing.

We recorded successes. Those in Uyo came to my training center and others joined from their various locations. It was more of a training section.

I encouraged all members to try and always add their Introduction post at the end of each post they make in steemit for easy identification.

I also told them to be regular in making their weekly contributions of 5 steem weekly to support our @citycuratoruyo account. It is for our own good. Most of them sent their own contributions there.

Questions were asked and we all discussed it together. All in attendance benefited from the meeting.

We agreed to use our telegram chat group for our regular and daily interactions instead of remaining in whatsapp group. This way, new members that join can be able to read up previous conversations. It is also in telegram that our @steemalive general chat group is so it will make sense if we move there.

We also agreed that our post promotion group page should also be there. I just created this group and by this notice, I encourage everyone who is part of us to drop their post links their. Telegram PPG. Be sure to observe the rule of first commenting on at least 2 other links before dropping yours, that way, we can meaningfully engage with one another.

At the end of the zoom meeting which lasted for 30 minutes, we that are in the same location spent more time, learning other things that are of benefit to is in our steemit journey. Thanks to @goodybest, @benton3 and @eliany who thought us one or two things.

We entertained ourselves with snacks and drinks that I bought on my way to the office. On the whole, I spent

1500NGN on the snacks (6 steem) and 4850NGN (19.4steem) for the drinks. It was really fun having time together with my fellow steemians.

But for those in other locations, I asked them to send in their Usernames and with it,I sent them 0.5 steem each to 6 of them that sent their usernames. Below is the screenshot that shows the transfer.

I Achieved One of my plans this week

It has been in my plans to visit a Radio station in my city to air steemit. This week, I was able to accomplish that. I and @ijelady and @davosimple went to the station and got 10 minutes to be interviewed about steemit. We successfully made the presentation. We gave out our phone numbers and office address. We even started receiving calls there and then. And most are responding.

I was charged 21500NGN for the presentation, VAT inclusive and this is 86 steem.

My future plan

*Jingles

I will like to make a jingle which will be played regularly or weekly at the Radio station. I am yet to find out the cost.

• I will like to get more chairs for the center to contain us during our meet ups.

• I will like to have a small tent the will extend the roof of the training center to prevent showers of rain from entering the office.

• The painting of the office doors are yet to be done.

All these costs money. I am seriously planning towards achieving all these soon.

CONCLUSION

I am grateful to all the steemians in my group who have been very active and supportive. I pray that they continue to find joy being in steemit. Thank you all for making out time to go through this report.
