Hello my friends here present in @steemalive and steemit at large, how are you all doing? Trust great? I am doing fine also. Have you missed by diary? Don't worry, it is what you are reading now. Welcome to my diary for Friday, 6th November 2020. Am sorry that it is coming late but the fact is that it must surely come. Please relax and read through to the end.

MY DIARY

Dear diaries and steemians, my day began when I woke up by 4am to consider the scriptural text for the day. After that, i made my entry in the LID reporting by taking a selfie and then reporting it. Here is the selfie

After that, i took my morning tea

When I was through with that, I decided to weave my handkerchief a little because there was light. Moreover, I scheduled to prepare potato for breakfast. It was just to boil it so it won't take much time.

After a while, I went to the kitchen to peel and boil the potatoes.

Preparing and cooking potatoes
The vitamin, mineral, and fiber content of potato is mostly in the skin,so it is best to eat them with the skin left on.
Scrub potatoes under running water and remove any bruises or deep eyes with a paring knife. Use a stainless steel knife instead of carbon steel in order to prevent the metal from reacting with the phytochemicals in the vegetable, as this may cause discoloration.
Jacket potatoes, baked in their skins, are a healthy and simple meal. Serve with salad and topped with tuna, cheese, baked beans, or another favorite. Cooking and eating the skins helps preserve the nutrients.
Potatoes can be boiled with mint and sprinkled with black pepper, or steamed to preserve more of the water-soluble vitamins.
To make a healthy potato salad, boil baby new potatoes leave to cool, then add freshly chopped garlic and mint, and olive oil.
how can potatoes benefit my health

I previously did not like it that much but now, I enjoy it a lot. My kids do too as well as my husband. Is good to widen out in terms of food. Varieties spices up life.
Towards evening, i and my husband went out to visit some families.

This dog really scared me. I wasn't expecting to see him. I took to my heels once I heard him bark not knowing that it was chained.

Before I came back, it was very late. We just freshened up and slept.

Well I would loved preparing potatoes through cooking but I find it very hard to swallow so I eat little quantity so I prefer fried

You actually had a great time visiting your friend. I know the feeling of being scared of a dog, I don't like them too. Potato is a very rich food source unfortunately I don't like it. Thanks for sharing your day with us
