Good evening dear Steemians, I trust we all had a good day. Mine was more than good because for the past two weeks I have been craving for our regular white corn and I ate it today.
Being someone who grew up in the south eastern part of Nigeria our regular is white corn but living in the south western part of the country we can only get the yellow corn here.
This morning I woke up to know that mum waybilled some items to us of which the white corn was among

Should have seen the joy radiating in my heart. Immediately my husband came home I got to work. I couldn't wait any longer. I dehusked the corn and removed the corn silk, then my corn straight into the pot,water and on fire.
Within few minutes the corn was ready and we joyously had our regular
