Day 4; Cooking Yam Porridge
Hello friends am back again with a different package of meal. This time is porridge yam with a difference.......
Yam is actually a meal that can be prepared in different ways; you can choose to go with white yam and sauce, or fried yam or porridge yam which is what I wish to share with us today. Yam can also be pounded to eat with soups. I hope you enjoy this meal and try it out on a good day......
Steps on how to prepare your porridge yam
•Cut yam into desired sizes, wash and put into a pot.
•Blend crayfish, pepper 🌶️ and set aside. Wash and cut your tomatoes,cut onions too and set them aside.
•Now pour all ingredients to the sliced yam in the pot. Add water and set on fire to boil.
•After about 10mins, add oil and salt, cover pot to boil until the yam softs.
•Add your vegetables and stir, cover pot to boil for 1min.
Taste for salt, and put off the fire.... Your porridge yam is ready......
