I am so pleased right now making my entry to this awesome community. I was opportuned to join in the Aba road show and it was a success.

On the 16th being Tuesday, I took an early transit from port Harcourt to Aba, Abia State. The distance from Port Harcourt to Aba was 3 hours due to bad road and traffic. We entered Aba at 9am and we were stocked in traffic for 30mins, at a time the traffic was no longer moving and everyone alighted the bus. We had to walk to a certain junction before we could get tricycle that conveyed us to our destination. I was rushing to meet up with the road show because I was almost late. I was supposed to come earlier but due to the traffic, I got there a bit late.

When I got to the location which was Abia poly , I noticed that it was just 2 persons that came around for the road show. Well, I joined immediately in promoting steemit.

I met 2 young ladies sitting by the corner, I discussed steemit with them and they agreed to sign up but they said they don't have their phone with them. I collected their numbers so as to help them out with their problems.

After about an hour, another steemian @ladyofpolicy joined us at the field. She helped in promoting steemit too.

We met a group of young people sitting down at Abia poly love garden, we introduced steemit to them. We told them everything they need to know about steemit and also showed them some of our posts to look at. They actually asked a lot of questions but they were satisfied with the answers they got.

We were unable to sign them up because the network was too poor at Abia State polytechnic. We only collected their numbers to talk with them afterwards.

I left with @ladyofpolicy to st Michael's road
to get her phone fixed because her cell phone got bad during the road show. Though we were able to get the phone fixed at last. We had our refreshment there because we were famished already.

We left to the training center to meet with our fellow steemians there. We chatted a little longer because it was raining. After the rain, we all left to our various destinations. I got home, took my bath and then ate my dinner before going to bed.
