Let's write: A 7-day writing challenge ( Direction is better than speed) by @nsikakedem

It's a pleasure to share some thought with you all today through my blog. No matter the number of bags you are with in a motor pack, there most be a destination to which you're headed to and if you stay there longer than you should, an attendant will definitely inquire to know your direction.

Direction, the pathway to Destination

Before setting on a journey the most primary thing one must consider will be the destination to which you headed. This is also applicable to every aspect of live. You might have the destination in your mind but if the direction isn't known, such location can't be reached. In everything we do, it's pertinent we get advice, direction, instructions on the way forward to reach the said target.

Direction is better than speed.

To get to the desire destination in marriage, business, education, career etc the right direction is very necessary. No matter how fast you move on a wrong lane is still not better than moving even slowly on the right direction. The step by step process is right direction you must follow. The energy and resources pumped in the wrong track to speedily reach a set target might be a waste at the end of the day because the aim of it all will not be reached.

To every glory there is a process which is the direction you must follow. It's not everything one can really fast forward. Let's learn from the growing process of a baby. No matter how rich the father is, the baby can't turn an adult in two years. The growing stages must naturally take its effect. Why are we then trying to by pass the process in life. The reason many people fail in life is just that they are impatient to follow the right path.

I met a guy who lost the Dad and after the burial, he asked me the way forward to get the dad's pension. I was quit ready to render my little support. I stated by taking him to the back to understand the process. Only for this guy to called me after some weeks after, asking me if there is no other way to which the money can be transfer to another by a banker in the bank. I was surprised to have him talked like this. He was so uncomfortable over the right direction but was eager for speed over the deal and up till now, he hasn't gotten the money. To follow up the direction bis the best no matter how slow it might be, one thing is certain, that you will surely get to the desired destination.

In our today's world, some people wants everything to happen now. They apply speed on everything without minding if they are on the right direction. If learning and acquiring skill, ideas, mentorship is the right path, then follow it through and forget about speed. Thanks.
