STEEMIT 2021 AWARDS: MY NOMINATION FOR THE 3 CATEGORIES BY @nsikakedem 10% PAYOUT TO @steemalive

It's a great privilege to partake in this year's nomination exercise as I didn't join steemit to have participated in the previous ones.

@ngoenyi is my nomination as the best author. This personally has some uniqueness that prompt me to make her the chosen. Here are few reasons:

• Plagiarism free post: I have never seen her post label to be plagiarised. That means, she has been making quality post all the way. Of course no author will be rated the best with post full of plagiarism.

• Quality posts: Her post has always been quality incline. The use of markdowns, good use of terminologies, quality pictures, etc. From her posts, one learns at all time.

• Consistency: She has been consistent in making post. There is hardly a day that she doesn't make post or remain inactive. She makes meaningful comment to other people's post too.

I hereby dominate her as the best author.

@focusnow is great contributor who has cause all round tremendious imparts and will nominate him even in my dream.

• Innovative: He is very innovative and carries vipes. He has initiated city coordinators, LID report, smartkontract, Roadshow, Hello world, SEL, save2soar.

• Friendly Mannarism: He is one leader that can very friendly with his people. He is never feel like the boss in the commmunity but at all seek to help and support young steemians.

• Seek others growth: @ focusnow believes in growing together and that makes him not to hide information from people. He feels everyone should be train to become a leader and goes for that without any discrimination.

I dominate him as the best contributor to community.

The community that I so much learn and earn from is steemalive. It's one community that I first learnt and joined promotional activity (Roadshow).

• Training leaders: Steemalive had produce great leaders in their short existence. The have produce professors like: @fredquantum and @awesononso. Country Representative like: @ngoenyi @whitestallion and talk2faithas well as Community Founders.

• Recruiting/ mentorship: With this community, newbies are never stranded because they will always opportunity to be train and educated.

• Contest Creation: Steemalive has constantly been putting up contest that enables steemians to grow and practice writing quality post.

I hereby wholeheartedly nominate steemalive as the best community.

I have carefully examine my nominees and has found them fit to have this year's 2021 Steemit Award.
