Greetings to you all great steamians, I hope you all had a good time like me,my wish for all of us is that we all succeed in our endeavours, there are many challenges associated with life but with determination and courage we will come out victorious.
I woke up this morning feeling excited with my wife by my side, she stood with me during my difficult days, i reflected on my past bitter experiences,but my present situation is the reason for my excitement,it was not really rosy growing up, I had a lot of up and downs, I was withdrawn from school twice by my parents the reason being that there was no money for my School fees while they were battling to pay for my 3 older siblings,my mum use to fry dounut which i will take to various school's to sell so as to help my parents in feeding the rest of the family, later I return back to school and concluded my basic education, I moved to aba in abia State were I later met my wife,she stood by me through thick and thin, very supportive,she is one whom you can always rely on in time's of distress, she is homely,loyal and submissive ,after reflecting on all this and many more I decided to hang out with her in the afternoon.
At the joint I praise her for all her effort and told her that my reason for taking her out was for me to show her how greatful iam and to encourage her to hold fast to her good conduct, I ask her to chose what ever she like that I will foot the bill,she went for chicken particulars with souce and cold bottled drink because it has always been her favorite while I requested chicken pepper soup and a bottle of our local drink called palm wine for myself, we ate and drank to our satisfaction,we recounted how we came to meet each other, how we have been able to wither every storm in our lives and marriage, marriage is not a childs play, it needs patience endurance and tolerance, there are times we disagree to agree, after spending hours together we decided to go back home,
But suddenly we realized that our children will agitate if we come back home without buying them anything so we headed for crunches which was close to were we went, we bought chicken shawarma and ice cream for them, so finally finally we headed home and as expected our children were eargerly and anxiously waiting for us,we calm there curiosity by presenting them with the gift and I felt very happy seeing them express there sincere gratitude.
I truely enjoyed today, it is always good to appreciate ones marriage mate,praise your wife or husband when he or she is doing well, one good turn they said deserves another, what ever that is worth doing worth doing well.
