Washing of hand has been of great benefit to man since ages. And as human we should not take it as unnecessary practice, because it has helped many to fight germs both seen and unseen. Now lets find out some of the diseases we can prevent by washing our hands properly.

For someone to wash hands properly you must make use of a soap and a runing water. Then put your hands together and gently scrub it to remove dirty in between your hands.clean your hands with clean towel or hand dryer.

• After playing or taking care of our animal we should wash our hands.
• After going to the toilet.
• After doing some exercise.
• Before preparing our food we should wash our hands.
• Before enjoying our food we should wash our hands and do same after.
• We should wash our hands after doing some compound cleanups. Like weeding, cuting of grass.
• we should also wash our hands after coming back from work

Running water and soap is the best in washing our hands because the soap takes away the oily particles and kills some germs while the running water takes it way. With this two the germs or bacteria from one person will not pass through the next person that may want to make use it it.

• You can make use of a rubber, open it from the cover , turn it upsidedown and use the water.
• You can as well use any baby wipes because some of the wipes contains antibacterial water.

There are alot of diseases that regular washing of hands can prevent they are:

• Runny stomach.
• Noisy stomach.
• Rashes.
• Ringworms
• eczema
• itching
• Cough

Recently , there has been a recommendation that proper waahing of hands can prevent one from contacting covid-19 virus.

I cannot actually say yes. Because washing of hands is personal, not mandatory but necessary. So I dont know how regular people in my area wash thier hands.

• There should be a billboard in every corner of the street and cities reminding people how important washing of hands is.
• There should be running water in every street.
• All the churches should have a running water for washing of hands.
• Radios stations and television stations should always emphasis on the importance.

We should always wash our hands. It will go a long way in helping us from visiting the hospital. Finally we should also have it in mind that washing of hands is for our own health benefits.
