INTRODUCTION
Hi and good day blessed and wonderful steemians. My name is Otis patience and welcome to my blog. I want to say am really glad to be here it's a wonderful opportunity. Today I will be sharing with us how I payed a visit to my younger sister at her school.
ABOUT MY SISTER
The name of my younger sister is Joy. She is the 5th child of my parent. Joy is currently in her senior secondary class SS2. She attends st.joseph nimar in makurdi here.
My parent stays at Abuja so it will be hard for them to attend her visiting here in makurdi. So for the time being Joy stays with me. You know I want to make her feel loved and happy. I don't want her to feel the absence of her parents.
PROVISIONS AND ITEMS I GOT FOR HER
I went to her school on a Friday to see her. It's been awhile since I last saw her. When I got there I begged the authorities to let me see her. I know it was not one of their visiting days but I wanted to see her. They did and I was glad to see her, I asked her to make a list which is did.
She asked for milk, Milo, garri, bread, peak chocolate, butter, biscuits, tissue, cornflakes, golden morn, washing and bathing soap, body cream, tooth paste and brush, juice and drinks, coco balls, deltol, detergent, chinchin, groundnut, sugar, bag of water and sweets.
HOW I GOT THERE
I always have this tradition of cooking and taking the food to her. I decided I will prepare her favorite fried rice and chicken. I went to the market to buy chicken and salad items I already have rice at home. I bought them and came back home.
I started cooking the rice, then I asked my younger sister patience to help me wash the chicken and boil it and after that fry it. I was done with the fried rice. I went further with the salad. After I finished cooking I arranged the food and the provision. I was all set to leave for her school.
AT THE VISITING
When I got to the school the place was already looking crowded it was hard finding a place to park my car. I finally found a place to park my car. I came out of my car and took the things to the inspection site.
The matron checked all the things and asked me to taste the food I bought which I did. I got a good spot and waited for her to come out. She came out and hugged me she was looking so happy. I stayed with her for some hours. She asked about the family and everyone in Abuja. I later dished the food for her to eat.
CONCLUSION
It was a lovely day but I had to cut it short. Visiting time was over and I had to leave. I was glad I saw my sister and spent a little time with her. And lastly I want to say a big thank you to @peterabagi and @steemalive community for their love, support and encouragement. Thank you so much.
Thanks
