INTRODUCTION

Today I am glad and happy to take steem promotion as a coordinator to another level by organizing the BENUE STEEM CONFERENCE first of it kind which is geared towards getting the people of BENUE on the STEEMIT PLATFORM.

As a coordinator I am responsible for steem promotion in my locality beginning with the steem roadshow. And we where advised to initiative more strategies to enable us to promote STEEMIT and at the long run steem alive community.

This conference is to be held on the 17th - 12 - 2021. The approved venue for this event is Sheraton hotels MAKURDI , Benue State. My team and I have prepared to sign up all who will be attending the CONFERENCE.

EVENT HALL WHAT3WORDS

We all know that resources are scarce but human and material resources.
For human resources I have been able to raise a set of promoters in BENUE who are doing well on steemit, this individuals make up the BENUE OVERTAKERS TEAM MEMBERS. A few of this steemians available to work for the success of this event include, @thebeloved001, @patience-otis, @emmanuelprince, @griel and many others.

This promoters joined steemit this year are doing very well and I am most excited to have them as part if this event in BENUE STATE.

NONE HUMAN RESOURCES NEEDED INCLUDE, physical cash of about 20 STEEM DOLLAR AND ABOVE. This money will enable us fuel the generator which we got from one of our team members, it will enable us give some amount to the owner of the environment who has not charged us for the event hall, it will also enable us to get data to hotspot the crowd and make most of them sign up and make their first post (INTRODUCTION POST).

THE MENTORSHIP PLAN AFTER THE EVENT.

To enable individuals achieve on the STEEMIT PLATFORM after their sign up I have decided to create a whatapp group in which newbies will be groomed and taght how to make quality post on steemit, and other relevant courses like applying mark down styling, showing location by using what 3 words, showing source on a post.

This event will be so fruitful as steemit has not gotten to my state this is the first of it kind held within my state.
