THE DAIRY GAME: VISIT TO STEEM ALIVE OFFICE NO; 208 AZIKIWE ROAD ABA, ABIA STATE. 11/August/2021.

HOURS BEFORE THE VISIT.

I wokeup at about 5pm and went out for a road work exercise to stretch my body and feel warm considering that I was really cold due to the consistent rain few days ago. .

When I was done with my stretch, and I washed some of my clothes and ironed others before taking my bath.

I was happy today I will not be going to the office because of National Duties, but at the same time I knew I will miss out and my Graphics design lecture as our lectures hold every day.

Wednesdays are usually my Community development days as a member of the Nigerian Youths Service Corps and I belong to the Education Development Group. Of which our CDS begins 8am and ends by 11am while our Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Starts by 12noon to 2pm.

The CDS today had alot of defaulters as many came late and where punished by the local government inspector, I was not part of the punishment because I came earlier and I have been consistent.

While I was in the meeting I kept thinking of how my experience will be since I will be visiting the Steem Cordinator's office in ABA. I could not just wait for the meeting to close indeed my excited got others wondering, which I told some about it.

The meeting closed at about 10:56am and it pleased me to start talking to few of my collogues about steemit before I will be going for my Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Program.

THE RAIN.

while the SAED training was going on, it started raining, I was very disturb at this point because I didn't want anything to hinder my visit as I had told the cordinator to grant me an opportunity to see him face to face.

I kept hoping the rain will stop and not end up wetting my uniform when am trying to go home, however it rained until we were done training and signing for the day some corpers went home under the rain though.

The rain stopped at about 2:20pm and I rushed back to the lodge where I stay to get some new clothes on and look more simple. Which I did, I wore a jean and a T. Shirt after which I followed the address trying to locate the Office.

I didn't call before going to the office because I believe the cordinator was expecting me and more so I didn't have call card. I every reason to call but money was my limitation when I got to area I could not locate number 208.

I found 209 but I could not find 208 which was the office and I didn't see any sign post nobody knew about steem with the environment so I stood at a provision shop not knowing where to go.

I stood for over 23 minutes with no head way, at this point I just felt I should keep asking people, I tried reaching the cordinator through his whatapp telling him I was at number 209 but he did not reply me.

THE SURPRISE

I had never met the cordinator physically but I knew his face on steemit, in my waiting I saw a man on a white long sleeves shirt working towards me, it was the coordinator @Samuel20, I have never met him physically but I was able to recognize his face immediately he appeared at the shop.

He was also very surprise to see me standing there, he inquired how was fairing and I narrated the whole saga to him. He took to the office and made sure I was comfortable. Indeed @samuel20 hospitality is topnotch the welcome was indeed warm and he taught me how to justify my post. Here is a selfie of us.

My visit was really helping as I learnt so much from him and by the time he was done it was time to close for work. And it started raining again. I practically had to go home under the rain.

I found a taxi that was free and it drove me home indeed my day was blessed fulfilled and at that wet due to the rain.
