what is balance diet and its benefits

Introduction

Good afternoon my fellow steemians i hope eveeyone is do fine for me am doing fine today i want to be talking about balance diet and it benefit and some guidlines for healthy food

What is balance diet

Balance diet is a kind of food that contains the seven classes of food a balance diet should give around 60-70% from carbohydrate 10-12% from protein and 20-25%from fat

A healthy food is good for the physical and mental growth of a child and adult too talking of balance diet helps maintain your weight

Health benefit of balance diet

  • Eating of a balance diet increases and improves the way the body functions

  • Balance diet help the immune system to be able to fight some bacterias and diseases

  • it makes you feel energetic and makes you look younger and fresher

Guidlines for healthy eating

  • it very important not to miss your breakfast that the most vital meal of a day
  • eat more of raw food like vegetable salads and fruites

    Apple is a very important fruit it really good for the old people that has winkle skin eating and drinking a apple juice helps to give a smooth skin

  • it important to stop eating when you are okay dont continue eating because of the taste
  • drink a lot of water it is also adviced by the doctors to drink atleat 4liters of water a day it helps in digestion and flow of bloods
  • Lack of not taking a balanced meal

    There are lot of people suffering for different sickness not knowing the cause yes some are cause by malnutrition taking of one food for like a week which is very wrong one should have a timetable for foods in the house

    for example Take tea and bread with egg in the morning ,afternoon you take eba and vegetable soup with any fruit juice,at night you can take any light meal like porridge yam or noodles with any fruit like orange,pawpaw etc.

    Some sickness cause by lack of balance diet

    • kwashiorkor
    • fatigue
    • obesity
    • heart disease
    • cancer
    • high cholesterol
    • overnutrition
    • marasmus
    • anemia
    • vitamin deficiency
    • high blood pressure

    conclusion

    Taking of balance diet helps in the growth of kids and adult We should also have a table content of food we should take it important too and drinking of water enough helps in circulation of blood thank you all for learning with me

Impressive article. I always try to eat breakfast as advised here. I also try to drink a lot of water. What I think I will try and improve on is eating lots of fruits. I do eat fruits, but I can improve the frequency and quantity. Thank you so much @prechy for this article
