Good evening guys, I'm able to resurface on this platform hale and hearty and this is because I just had a good meal for dinner. That's why I'll be showing you my food blog on just five meals I've had so far during the week and its nutritional content. I know your eyes are itching to read what I've got and I'll gladly serve you on a platter of gold.

What's there: That's actually a combination of rice and beans prepared together which I had as lunch sometime ago. Rice is a carbohydrate giving food while beans is proteinous making it a nice combo. I must say the meal was balanced as it had all the classes of food in the right proportion

Makeup of the meal:

• Rice(carbohydrate)
• Beans, crayfish (protein)
• Palm oil (fat and oil)
• Fresh pepper (vitamin)
• Salt(mineral salt)
• Seasoning etc
  The meal was prepared by me and I had spent approximately 25 steem(#2,500)

What's there: that's actually a meal called spaghetti which is made from flour, it looks just like noodles but a bit firmer and takes a longer time to prepare. Spaghetti is a starchy meal, hence it's is a carbohydrate content.

• Groundnut oil
• Seasonings
• Fresh pepper
• Crayfish
• Salt
• Spices

This particular spaghetti was prepared in a very simple way with just enough groundnut oil and much crayfish, I made it myself and it's worth 15 steem(#1,500)

What's there: That's a native meal called Otor-mboro, @afshaan pronounce that let me see🤣. Otor-mboro is a brother to ekpang-nkukwo as it is prepared just the exact way ekpang nkukwo is prepared. Unripe banana is grated to form a paste and the necessary condiments added for a yummylicious taste.

Makeup of the meal: The meal was prepared using the following ingredients;

• Unripe banana
• Crayfish
• Dry fish
• Perewinkle
• Palm oil
• Seasoning
  *Salt
• Fresh pepper
• Utazi leaf

Although I hate utazi leaf, the meal was simply tasty and I couldn't reject it. It was prepared by my mom and had cost 30 steem (#3,000)

What's there: That's a popular meal called Beans and yam eaten by almost everyone. Beans is very proteinous and makes a good pair when combined with yam.

• Yam
• Palm oil
• Crayfish
• Seasoning
• Salt
• Grounded pepper
  Etc

The above meal was made by my mom with just 18 steem (#1,800)

What's there: That's melon soup and garri(swallow). It's a meal whereby the garri (carbohydrate) is made to a paste using hot water and a soup is prepared to be eaten with the garri. This particular soup was made using melon as a core ingredient and other condiments.

• Waterleaf
• Palm oil
• Seasonings
• Salt
• Stock fish
• Dry fish
• Perewinkle
• Cow skin
  Etc

This meal was prepared by @precious123 and she was assisted by her siblings, it had cost her a total of 35 steem(3,500) to prepare.
