Yeah true if all of these can be settled, it'll be a good sign of development.
Same is their nature of bargaining against government over their personal interest as supposed academic union.
At times I think about this....cos these academic staffs are just chasing their pocket and not even education for the students but I still look at it from the other way round, they must be paid since it's on agreement. The Education of a Nigeria student is in God's hands.
Sure , they must get their paid . But while getting to approach government , shouldn't use strike as only option for solution.
