INTRODUCTION
Good day everyone!.
How did your day go?. I hope it was great by God's grace.
Here's a short account of how my day went today.
MORNING
I woke up by 7am by God's grace. As usual, I unfixed the mosquito net, tidied the bed, and swept the room.
Then I got to the living room and started packing up some foodstuffs to carry along for my return to school.
I finished packing and got back to the room where I sat on the bed and began studying as scheduled on my time table.
After studying a little, I took up my phone and went through my social media platforms.
Then, I got a text from a friend who asked if I was available for a paid writing job which was due by 12pm and I accepted it. I immediately began my research and got off to take my bath as I also had to run an errand for my dad and had to manage the time.
As soon as I got dressed, I called my younger siblings and dad up for our morning devotion.
After the devotion, I prepared my breakfast and hastily ate it, while simultaneously going through the research results for the piece I was working on.
When I was done eating, I cleaned myself up and got set for the errand. And straight away I hit the road.
In a short time, I got to my destination but didn't meet the person I had planned to meet. So, I had to wait for her arrival. I took the time to continue writing the piece and got really choked up as I was badly racing for the time which had almost elapsed.
AFTERNOON.
I managed to get in contact with the person I waited for and I got what I was there for. At the same time, I managed to complete the piece but had trouble sending the link to my friend.
As I kept trying, I met an elder whom I knew, and he engaged me in a conversation for which I had to forfeit what I was doing on my phone, but not without finalizing it.
We talked for about an hour and I left. I had to hurry home to get my stuff and set off on my trip.
I finally did by God's grace, and delivered what I was sent to my dad.
Then, I went on to pack up and got on the road. Though my dad had tried to talk me into moving the trip to tomorrow because of the time, I was determined to get on the road today so I persisted.
I had planned to visit a friend before going to my mum's home, from where I was gonna resume school. So, that was where I set my compass when I got on the road.
I finally got to her house and met her parents and siblings who gave me a warm welcome.
EVENING.
I sat with my laptop the whole evening, working on graphics designs and when I was done I took up my phone and went through my chats where I spoke with my friend over the piece I wrote and then I moved on to write this post.
