Joyous/Sad Sunday on 17-04-2022 | all4one

Good Day great Steemians, I feel delighted to return to writing after 9 days of inactivity.
I will like to as usual dedicate this post to this wonderful community @steemalive as the growth and development of this community is something that is important to every member of this community including me and this is the little way I can do contribute to it.
This Post is designed to share with everyone that comes across it, the events that took place on Sunday 17th April 2022.

Morning

Since the resumption of in-person meetings, our meeting time was changed to 9:00am, so I needed to wake up on time to prepare and get to the kingdom hall on time.
This Sunday was one of a kind, my brother was the one to handle the public talk, also, it as our last meeting with the congregation that I just joined in January due to the distance of the meeting place from our apartment.
That is actually the reason behind the title of this post, because I have already become friends with the brothers and sisters in the congregation and I'm living them after such a short period to join another.
We didn't have much to do that morning so by 8:00am we embarked on our Journey to the hall.
On getting to the hall around 8:25am, not much people have arrived so we settle down as we were waiting for others.
By 9:00am, the meeting started, the talk was exactly what we needed to hear as it was centered on our Christian faith. We reasoned from the Holy Scriptures to consider convincing evidences that should upbuild our faith.
The watchtower study followed thereafter, we examined the reasons why we need to accept counsel not minding the counsellor or the manner the counsel was given.

Afternoon

After the meeting ended, we stopped to take pictures with the friends in the congregation, since it will help to keep our memories with them alive. After that, we trekked for almost half of the journey as we wanted to spend more time with the friends. We also stopped by at my Uncle's place where we ate lunch. On getting to the main road, we entered tricycle(Maruwa as they call it here in Lagos) that took us to our house. We already had lunch, so we lay down to play games on our phones.

Evening

Towards the evening time, the FA Cup Semi-final match between Chelsea and Crystal Palace began.
We watched the game, the first half wasn't too eventful but at the second half, the blues scored two goals, One by Reuben Loftus-Cheek and the other by Mason Mount. These goals gave the Chelsea team their 2:0 Victory against Crystal Palace.
It was after the match that we remembered that we haven't cleaned up the house as we do every weekend. We began the cleaning and within an hour, we were done. The weather was hot, we came out to the compound to get some fresh air and reflect on the works of nature.
Around 9:00pm, we ate the food we had at home, after that, I logged in to chat with friends and slept off around 11:00PM.
