My Diary Game | Meetup with my Steemit Boss on 18th July 2022 | all4one

Good Day, Amazing Steemians. Welcome to another episode of My Diary Game. Today, we'll know how I spent my day on Monday 18th July 2022 meeting with my Steemit Boss @misterfab.

Morning

That morning, I woke up around 8 am, engaged in the necessary morning activities which involved praying, going through God's word, and considering the chapter for the week's meeting. After that, I prepared and took breakfast and began cleaning up the house since I had traveled to the east for about a week now for my Grandpa's burial.
I also took out little time to do some laundry which I finished around 1 pm.

Afternoon

Around 2 pm, I was now preparing with my brother to go and go out shopping around the Ikorou garage when I remembered my previous discussion with @misterfab who told me that he was coming to Ikorodu on that day.

I sent him a message via WhatsApp which he replied telling me that he's somewhere around Lagos State University of Science and Technologies (LASUSTECH) first gate which is just a few Kilometers away from where I stay.

I agreed to meet him there after telling my brother who decided to follow along so that he'll also get to meet my Steemit Boss because he has heard so many good things about him.

Evening

When It was 4:00 pm, we embarked on the journey, we passed through the school and took a Taxi since it will be much faster.
Within a few minutes, we got to the first gate and met @misterfab at Kd's Place Eatery. This is one of the newest eateries in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

The meeting was a very good one because he encouraged me a lot to keep being active on Steemit. He also provided me with some helpful tips on how to excel on Steemit.

I really benefitted from the meaningful conversations he had with my brother. I learnt 2 important things which I also want to share with everyone. They are :

It Is very wise to start aiming at a goal earlier since time waits for no one.

People may not attach value to skills they learn for free, so, I shouldn't feel too bad when they do not respond favorably to trainings.

After the meetup, we left to our various destinations. I stopped by at the garage to shop for the needed things then went back home to get some rest after the stress filled day.

Conclusion

It is always worthwhile to make out time for meeting with older and more experienced ones. Much lessons will surely be learnt.
