INTRODUCTION
Aba City remains one of the the cities in Nigeria with the highest population of steemit members.At the moment there are over a hundred Steemians in Aba.

There is need to put in measures to retain this population and to recruit new members.That have been our focal point.

Here is a summary of activities which I carried out within the week as the City Cordinator of Aba City.

•First City Meet up

Yesterday which was the last day of the week under review.We had our first Physical meet up,where our members defiled the heavy downpour and turned out to attend the meeting at the Aba Steemit training centre.We had over 20 of our members in attendant.The meeting lasted for one hour and we discussed Important points that would help to move Steemit to a greater level in Aba City.Among the points that we discussed are:👇

•Importance of Posting Regularly.
•Importance of retaining our Steem in the Steemit wallet instead of always selling it off.
•The need for all members to have our Steemit customized T-shirt.
•The benefits of Powering up to boost our SteemPower.

The meeting was concluded after the one hour mark and light refreshment followed.

•Steemit Awareness on Buzz fm Radio Station

To further make more people to know about Steemit and to attract more people to our weekly Steemit training.Myself(@samuel20) and @ninapenda made a presentation on Buzz fm-another popular radio station in Aba city.During the Presentation,we told the public about Steemit and benefits of registering and joining Steemit.We also invited the general public to attend a live seminar on how to join,post and earn on Steemit which took place at the Aba City Steemit training center.

•Attending to New and Old Steemians

Within the week under review,I was always present at the training center to attend to old members who had some questions to ask to some clarifications.
I also helped to register and guide some of the new members to write their Introduction posts and how to format and post it.The new members are

•Need to Remain Active
I also encouraged our members to remain active and post regularly on Steemit.To remain active,here is what to do 👇

•Post at least thrice in a week.

•Comment on atleast five other Steemians post.

•Participate in the daily LID REPORT POST.

•Remain Active in atleast one of our WhatsApp,discord or Telegram groups.

PLANS FOR THE NEW WEEK
In the new week which will usher in a new month.We shall consolidate on the weekly meet up with our Aba City Steemit members to discuss other ways to make Steemit better and make our stay in Steemit better too.

Regular awareness and promotion on Steemit will still continue as usual as I will be present at the training center to tutor new and old steemians alike.

Special thanks to @focusnow for always being on top of his game as regards to promoting Steemit.

CONCLUSION
The growth and progress of Steemit in Aba city remains our main agenda and we hope to achieve it via collective effort from everyone.I wish to thank our Aba members for helping to Introduce Steemit to their friends and loved ones.
