Hey dear friends, here to tell you how I spent my day 😊.
I woke up at 6:30am with joy in my heart because God had given me another to see a new day, I had to humble myself and thank Him and ask Him to guide me throughout the day. After praying I went to the washroom to brush my teeth and also took a shower.
By 7:15am I was done and found my mum in the kitchen since we had planned to make some chapattis for breakfast 😋, she told me to set all that was needed to make the chapattis which I did happily because I was really eager to eat them since I had taken some good time minus eating chapattis. We started off with the making and it was really fun.
After having breakfast, it was 9:30am then I started doing the house chores I washed the dishes, cleaned the house then swept the compound. My brother helped me with washing clothes because they were really many.
At 12:06pm, I was done with all the chores and went back to my bedroom to have someone rest from the chores. By 1:00pm I had to go and prepare some lunch, I prepared a very simple lunch of spaghetti and it was really yummy😋. After lunch my brother cleaned up the dishes.
At 2:16pm, I went and did some reading of my books since am still a student 😁 I have to spare some time for my books so that I don't forget what I studied and also to prepare myself for examinations that we will do after lockdown.
By 5:30pm, I had started thinking of preparing supper so I moved to the kitchen and started off with the cooking. I prepared peas and matooke(plantain).
At 8:00pm we had our supper and after finishing with it, I went to the bathroom and showered.
By 10:45pm I entered my bed ready to sleep but I first humbled myself before the Lord and thanked Him for the great day He had granted unto me. I then laid down on my bed to wait for sleep to come and take me to dream Land😂.
