Every Saturday has been a regular fixture for our promotion of steemit about the steemit platform in Port Harcourt City. We do it every week and the positive outcome we get has made us to continue doing the roadshow. So, let see how it goes.
OUR PREPARATIONS
An official announcement was made in the our What's app group chat by @prolee "at first our the City coordinator" that he will not be able to attend the roadshow due to he will be having a movie shot in his church it was a bit discouraging because most vibrant promoters weren't able to attend it went that day but it actually looked a bit because most of the steemians were actually very busy @ederra was having exams @amadiB was actually ill why @bright15 was moving out with his IT (teaching practice) it was so sad that everyone was going to be busy at such important roadshow but there reasons were well justified so it was left with just two person's i and @lawrence03 that took it upon ourselves that will must attend the roadshow .
OVERVIEW OF THE ROADSHOW IN RUMEKINI COMMUNITY (obi akpor LGA)
I did believe that today we needed a new plan on our movement today so i and @lawrence03 decided to make a new move to a street and also talk to some persons there he saw same reasons with me so we went together actually we moved from shops to street talked to road users in other to share the good news about the great platform.

MY PERSONAL EFFORTS
I quickly began the reason for my coming at ones. I met so many people walking passed my location and kicked off a conversation with them about steemit.
In the process of my promotion, I met a student by name Jonah whom I told what steemit is all about and he picked interest and decided to sign up which we i immediately enrolled him at his place of work and also secured him for him to finish up with his achievement 1 his steemit name is @jonah08.
We spoke to few other persons and left for the day. Thank to you @lawrence03 for coming to the roadshow as well as promoting steemit in such a fabulous way.
By the way we couldn't meet up for refreshments because we are still new to steemit but very urged to promote the platform.
