We are halfway into the LID reporting for this week. Goodmorning friends and welcome to another opportunity to show us what is happening in your immediate environment.
Once you leave the house today for your days engagements, try to be aware of what is happening around you. Be sure to keep your camera ready so that you can quickly capture important activities happening in your neighborhood. You can deliberately go to places where you are sure something would be happening and try to capture those things that are happening there. Make all your reports using the comment section of this post.
General tips for Quality Reporting
- Engagement: It is important for other reporters to engage with your reports. Its equally important for you to do same with their own. So make sure to drop at least one meaningful comment each time you drop a report of your own.
- Spotlight: Try to capture the LID spotlight for the day as there would be an extra prize for it. Each day's spotlight earns you additional 0.1 Steem for the day.
- When to Start:You are required to make at least 3 reports for the day. We have divided the 3 reporting periods as follows:
Morning: 5.30am - 11.59am
Afternoon: 12 noon - 3.59pm
Evening: 4pm-11.59pm
- Length of Reports: We appreciate detailed reports as these will give us the opportunity to understand what you are reporting about well. So each of your LID reports should be at least 70 words in length.

Hi everyone, I believe we all have some great experience wherever we are. For me I have been really cold all day . As a matter of truth I have been on steemit all day in my office and try to make post.
Everyone knows me as a steemit guy right now in my office. When I came to the office the generator was on but the fuel was remaining very small , before we could work for two hours the gen went off.
My dear people I went under the rain to go and get 2000 naira fuel and by the time I came back the power supply was back . Till now we have not put on our generator yet and now the rain has stopped.
More so I have been able to listen and watch a lot of power sermon on my system by great men of God . The likes of Prophet Simon Thomas of Glory Carriers Ministry Makurdi Dr Pastor Paul Enenche of Glory Dome, Prophet Urbert Angel of Spirit Word.
From my picture you will observe me stretch because I have been sitting for hours and now I decided to make my third LID report. I will see you soon again

Good morning great and beautiful people on steemit, I trust we all had a great night? This meaning I work up and I was full of gratitude to God for all He has done for me for this year so far.
I woke up around 5:30 and I was laying on my bed then it downed on me I had go through half of the year already by the help of God . last night I has some beautiful dreams about some things I will be doing in the future and it was all successful.
My night was really cold because of the rain and noiseless because my neighbors didn't play load music to disturb me.
Today I will be going to work by 9am , as I don't have community development activities today, I will be explaining steemit at my office to new prospect and encouraging them to sign in . I will also be teaching some newbies how to participate on steemalive lid report.
It already raining again I hope to get some hot tea for breakfast.

This morning, my niece came with her soft knock to call me for devotion which was conducted by my brother's wife and we studied about Jesus turning water into wine in Cana.
Afterwards, I made spaghetti for the kids and warmed all the soup in the kitchen.

After that i went outside to buy AKAMU for my breakfast.

Good morning my beautiful people, how was your night sleep, my night sleep was good, as I escaped from the evening rain yesterday, I came home went straight to the kitchen and prepared night meal served everyone in house, boiled hot water for bathing, took my bath off to bed.
Every thing feels cold and colder, I do not like cold environment. All praise to God for oyibo country and the people who are in almost a freezon environment for many months every year since they were born.

Good morning everyone. I woke up this morning, said my prayers, joined the NSPPd prayers and got ready to kick off my day.
I don’t know why for just some reasons I cant tell, I started craving noodles and egg this morning.

Thanks to God for making me see the bright morning star. I woke up from my bed, i went directly to our compound. I swept my compound and i cleared the path way.

As for me I am cool and high Spirited this morning as I had a great night rest after having a bad day yesterday. I lost the key to my room which freacked me out as I couldn't make out where I dropped it. Wish at good sleep I woke up today at 7:45am, did some house chores bad I am set my day's activities. IAM really running out of battery black out, as at now it remains only 2percent to dye off that is why I'm hurrying to finish my reports before leaving to charge it.
My spot light today is a well known courier office/ service center in the heart of Aba city, Abia State Nigeria. In this office there are so many travellers waiting for their turn to move out to their destination, the transportation section and services is different from the courier service center.
It's amazing the business that is going on there.

As I woke up this morning by 7am.I did my morning prayers.I ordered my children to do their morning duties.After they were through with it. I gave them money to buy somethings for us to eat as breakfast.while my husband Left for work by 8am. They bought the things and I managed to prepared pap and we all ate together.

Then I took a detour to make one impromptu dress for a lady. I am still on it and I will be through with it soon.

Good day to every one. This is the afternoon time in aba. Some firms are opened,which can be seen around me. The firms around me sold beverages. The firm has big warehouse for storing there goods.
The road is crowdy with many tricycle on the road. People are scarce on the road but vehicles are many. Some vehicles are driving carelesslly, because there no human crossing the road.
Some upholstery firm are also seen around me. The fold chairs of all kind, especially wood product. The also fold bed stand and other wooden furniture accessories.

A very goodevening to us all on steemit, yes we have finally arrived at the last lid today which brings us all to the closure of the day .
Like I said in my second lid I have been on a hot sit today and my boss the owner of Innovation Growth Hub visited the office today with his fine car.
The good news is that he brought a dozen of cup cakes for us his staffs and it didn't go round for every staff so I was not able to get because I was sitting far. My boss decided to send his secretary to go and bring some small chocolate cakes for those that did not get the first round.
My colleague @erinosho was not interested in the gift so he gave me his share which I fired down since I was really hungry.
Am still at the office targeting 5pm . once it 5pm I will be moving to my house , I will call it a day and go and look for something to eat. Am happy for today and I am more happier because tomorrow is Friday which means the weekend is her already.

My spotlight
I left the house around 3pm looking for spotlight. At first I didn't know where I will find it. I asked someone and I was told where it is. On getting there, there were many vehicles and people blocking my view. I have to wait for a while so that I can capture a good spotlight. And at last I captured the spotlight. Rush home to care for my kids. Because my mind was not at rest leaving both of them alone in the house though they were sleeping. Below is my Mr. Spotlight

The time is night and every where is frozen to me. I am exhausted, because i over time in work. After i finish working, i cleaned my self a little.
I went to a junction to search for a vehicle, but non was found. So i decided to walk by foot. I trek for about two hours. I arrived by our house late and i took my bath immediately.

Good afternoon beautiful people am back again for my second lid report. It's been raining cats and dogs since morning ooo. The rain was at 20 SP but it was increased to 500 SP. I've been indoors. I had to bath cold water even with the rain. I brushed and prepared breakfast of ukazi soup and eba. I needed to eat well as I didn't eat much yesterday. I still didn't even eat much. I was just laughing at myself, when you see me complain of hunger you'll think am about to finish one pot of soup. For where, my brother said that's the reason why I don't grow fat, that I don't eat. It s well ooo. Today's spotlight was to get a snapshot of the sky at 12 noon. I managed to perch at one corner of the compound to get the sky view. Rain beat me small shaa.

This morning I've already done a morning walking exercise. I walked a distance if 25minutes and back making it 50minutes overall. Walking is a good form of exercise as it helps to keep the heart healthy and also pumping blood. You won't even feel like you're exercising when walking but you are.
I'm back and I'm having a mini breakfast.

Almost everywhere in my street is flooded, people are moving through the flood as they want to use canoe to peddle through.

I had to go outside with the umbrella and yet it couldn't save me from been drenched. The entire compound is flooded and the rain was quite heavy.

A gracious evening to everyone wherever you are reporting from. Due to the rains today the weather is very chilly. Almost everyone I'm seeing has one form of thick sweater or the other to wrap around.
The meeting I went for has ended and it was wonderful. Here are some shots.of how it went

On my way to church earlier I noticed that the demolition of road 19 which I spoke about In one of my lid reports has been completed. People's shops have been razed to the ground and the land is left fallow though you can see one or two traders who don't have where to go clinging to their former space for as long as they can.
It's a really disheartening image as what used to be a very busy area has been levelled. I only hope the government gave these people alternatives before asking them to leave.

I woke up this morning by 6:40am feeling so cold.I called one of my children to give me hot from flask to drink.After I drank the hot water,I begin to feel heat and got up.I did my prayers and my children did the house chores.
They prepared breakfast, we ate together and I took my medicine 💊.Later I will go to my nurse and take my injection when the rain stops.

Good afternoon my fellow reporters how is the weather treating you all, they weather didn't all me to go to work today,I was only sleeping when it was around 12:00pm,I long in to my steemit account after that I long into my Facebook page,I was so sad today because the rain didn't allow us to do our road show,but I believe that the weather will be calm tomorrow for us to participate our road show,am eating rice come and join me.

Hello my follow reporters in the house greetings to you all, since today it has been raining which kept me indoors until 12:00pm
.but now to God be the glory,it has a little brike and I went to market to buy foodstuffs on getting to the market everywhere was flooded with water ,I managed to buy few things and left to my house to cook,to be candid God really healed me of my legs pains thanks to almighty God,love you people.

A very wonderful evening to all of us @steemit . Trust our day is going great. Okay so finally the rain stopped and I went to the office.
Your won't believe this but almost all the workers at my place waited for the rain to finish before going out. The bad news ia that our CEO was at the hub very early and there was no staff remember he comes to the office only ones in a while.
And for him to meet an empty office except the cleaners this morning was not really nice, it didn't show him our resilience to work. It was so bad that there was no light, he had to send a visitor to buy fuel for him and put on the generator.
Though he is saying nothing but am sure when it is Tuesday he will warn everybody. We are all cold today I called others and they said it too cold they can't come to work.. I will love to give a big shout out to all parent who went out in the rain to make a living and feed their families. Weldon everyone. Shalom.

I went and joined them,after I finished playing the football, I went and took my bath,so that I will look good.after some minutes thy NEPA people brought light I went inside to watch movies,as u can see am inside my room watching television,
the next thing I will do is to go out and look for something to cooked,that how I spent my today.
