Another for LID reporting is here with us. Goodmorning and welcome to this opportunity. How was your night. Its time to pick up your camera and start capturing those important moments.
LID gives you the opportunity to report live from your location the things happening around you. Be alert to news worthy situations that arise. And remember to go to places where you are sure to have things happening to report. For example, a busy market will give you the opportunity to report about things happening in the market. You can capture colorful products on display or customers buying goods. You can still capture skilled workers doing work at the market. A shopping mall, bank, event center and park can be other opportunities to find something to publish. In this way, each LID reporter will surely have something to report.
General tips for Quality Reporting
- Engagement: We like it when reporters read and comment on the report by others. That is part of engagement. So friends, make sure to comment on at least 1 report each time you make your own report
Spotlight: The spotlight is a general report which we encourage our friends to make. So try to capture the spotlight for each day. We will pay you extra 0.1 Steem if you make a spotlight entry.
When to Start: The best time to start reporting LID is in the morning. Starting in the morning will give you more than enough time to make 3 reports before the day runs out. There are basically 3 reporting periods each day. They are as follows:
Morning: 5.30am - 11.59am
Afternoon: 12 noon - 3.59pm
Evening: 4pm-11.59pm
- Length of Reports: Your report should not be too short. Each report must contain at least 70 words.

Your LID spotlight for today is: Street Image captured from top. Capture the image of a Street from an elevated postion, preferably a story building. Include the name of the Street and do not forget What3words coordinates for it.

Good afternoon everyone. Hope your day is progressing fine. I downloaded eba and okazi soup this morning. Na so e do me ooo. I had to brush before eating. I've taken my bath and I slept the house. Am dressed to go for window shopping and get some lid scenes from there. A dispatch rider came to the house to get something to deliver for my cousin.
This so the first time am having a close contact with them. He wasn't at home hence he called me to help him give the man the stuff he was to deliver for him. I handed over the item to the dispatch rider while he spoke with my cousin for confirmation.

Here is called Omenihu street, it is located at Osisioma along Gabriel Nwosu street, today is lonely due to sit at home order, this road is usually a busy road, due to some business offices, boarding schools and day schools around.
The people in this street are very good, most holidays you will see many of them doing clean up, repairing pot holes in the street and heaping sands in water dugging area.
I was even surprised today, seeing only few people in the street, because most time also they do play street football during sit at home, maybe is because of the "light" given by the NEPA people or maybe another thing.

When i reached work yesterday there were too many works to do, i was happy they gave a specific one to do and i also thank God for leading us through the night and for a successful work done, am grateful.

A wonderful sit at home day to you wherever you are. As I said in my first Lid the town is still very dry as even sounds of cars and bikes are not heard.
Though a few shops are open but they are inside street shops and the owners have their eyes open incase of anything.

Today has almost come to an end, thankfully. As I said earlier, I spent the whole day indoors, cleaning everywhere both inside and outside. I was supposed to go and dump refuse after cleanup at the designated place but by 4pm a colleague that stays nearby visited me, and after his visit, I could not continue. I went and took my bath and slept off without lunch. I woke up at 7pm cos of hunger. My dinner is ready, but I want it hot, After dinner I'll just go back to bed. Anyway I woke by 4:30am, had my prayers and thanksgiving for God's goodness unto me and my family. As I was praying, I suddenly remembered that pastor Larry Mishael of praise and worship Tabernacle prays by every 6:00 AM, I tuned my radio to real FM followed him in that 🔥🔥🔥 brand of prayer, after which I began to listen to the morning news in same radio station.
To hear how Buhari's visit to IMO STATE yesterday went, thank God nobody was carelessly killed or harassed, but all Igbos went indoors to watch them, that is wisdom for all of us.
There was a 💯 percent compliance in all Igbo land.
Even in the Bible, there are times to go indoors and watch out for the out come of some events. God bless us all in this beautiful day the Lord has made for us to enjoy.

Good morning my fellow Steemains, how was each of everyone of you night, hope everyone slept well?
My night went well, although i left my food yesterday night and went to work, thinking i won't get hungry at all, around 11:00pm the type of hungry that caught me, i even wanted to quit yesterday night work and every shops around has closed by then, also am that type that don't like to beg others food, especially at company, i can beg my siblings food, but you see outsiders i can't. I later endured the hunger till morning.
After work, i washed my legs and hands, wore my clothe and took my morning selfie, when coming back, i met some of our co-workers. We exchanged complements.
Reaching the house, that my food i left yesterday night, my siblings have eaten almost half of it, it's white rice and stew, i was sad, i later ate it, and wasn't feed up, i sent out my junior sisters to buy Akara and bread for me. After dropping my second lid about my visit to the supermarket, I continued my shopping and When I finished, I branched to the market to buy some food stuffs for dinner. When I finished, I headed home. The traffic was quite slow but was moving gradually. Take a look.
I had to branch to a computer center to print out something from my phone. I headed home and I arrived quite late. I've started preparing dinner. Just breezed in to complete my lid for the day
