Well I just woke up few minutes ago and I still feel 😑sleepy because I slept very late while working on some data keeping stuffs from work but I can't do anything rather than wake up early. I'm about to go take my bath then dress up for work while my aunt is already awoke to prepare breakfast. She's preparing one of my favorite meals 😋 Yam though I don't know what dish type but the aroma from my room is like porridge yam😆. Don't worry I will keep you guys updated every inch of the day Meanwhile do have a gorgeous day😘😘

This is my wake up face.

Goodmorning my beautiful people and wonderful steemians, it is a beautiful morning this Wednesday. Trust your night was awesome? Mine was splendid. The night was a bit of hot but with the windows open, it was bearable. The harmmattan seems to be over. It was a short one this season. I woke up by 6:12am after staying awake from 2am till 4am. I had already done my morning worship.

This morning, preparation is ongoing for the kids to leave for school. Breakfast is going to be beans with or without Tom brown. It seems that I will accompany them to get my daughter's last term performance. My son came back with his and he took 1st position out of 26 students they were in their class. It was a good result, but we have encouraged him to work harder. Each term is different. So my daughter's result will be known today.

From there I will come back to continue with my chores at home. I am not sure if I will have out door activities or not but I will let you know if need be.

So I got to work about past 9am and I collided with my boss just at the entrance door, I quickly greeted him and bent my head due to my poor character of coming to work by that time but I couldn't help it cause I can't afford to miss breakfast.That one alone is my company, I'm the CEO and I don't joke with it.He rebuked me for it then walked away while I walked upstairs to my office.When I got to the office I was so under ptes5 that I had to first pray as usual and continued to lay on my desk with my heavy eyes 🤣, my partner thought I was praying at some point cause he called me and I ignored him and continued my silent rest for about 30mins when I heard my boss seeked for me at the office .I went to see my boss and immediately he gave an assignment for me to handle at work.You needed to have seen my face(so smiling with an attitude of tiredness) but I took it and ran the job as soon as possible then I reported back to him.When I was done with him I went back to my office and sat down pressing my phone (chatting,watching YouTube videos, viewing WhatsApp status etc) at some point my colleague asked me if all was well I told him I was hungry then he ordered this food for me.What are friends for 😋😌

So while I was done eating this ,he asked me If I needed anything juicy to calm it down and I stood him that Jesus did not die in vain...🤣 He's blood washed away every ignorance and stupidity in him 🤣😅😩 It was fun with him.Then we were done at work and I was head home straight up

When I got home about 6pm I was tired but I quickly went to have a shower and went to the refrigerator to have a bite of a piece of cake with cold water and I'm just on my bed trying to clear up all chats for the day..Hope y'all had a fun and peaceful day ? ❣️🤤✌️

It is another beautiful day for us all the Steemians, hope we all had a restful night rest?
The morning routine: woke up by 5.30am, had family devotion but couldn't go back to sleep because i had to join in washing the cars in the compound.
I entered bathroom fast and finish up by five minutes past 7am. By 7:15am, the bus that I do follow is around, left home 7.30am.
I don't have much to do today than get to office, attend to customers, do some lids, tour my environment for possible events and return home in the evening.
I'm now in the office. I'm just done setting up the place, expecting customers...

My night was good that I almost forgot my prayer time but thank God I didn't. I have been awake since 5:00am lazing on my bed thinking of things I will do today, reading the chats from my class WhatsApp group and trying to write a post on this week's contest before I saw the LID link. It's a cold and quiet environment today morning. Many people are not yet awake as I can't hear noise except for cocks crawing. 😩 rest is not for big men.Motivational speakers always told us not to sleep cause if we sleep 2hrs after 365 days, we must have slept out 2months 😩😅..

So I refuse to sleep.

Hey friends im back again ooohh!! It's been a busy morning for me as I have been involved with activities like cleaning the house, breakfast. Today's breakfast was papa and gateau. I suggested we have this for breakfast when my mother asked what we will like to have for breakfast. Everyone liked the idea especially Lesley, he ate so much that he didn't want to go school but keep on eating. It's been long I ate pap so I wanted to have a full of it and it was so good.

After breakfast I got dressed and left for mile 4 to go get bambalang fish to prepare nang tare for lunch today. The place I was directed to I couldn't see the guy who sells there so I went to the small market there but I captured circulation as I walked ( see picture below).

At the market o searched and finally saw one man who was selling this fish. Unfortunately o didn't see the big sizes I wanted but I can still use the smaller sizes so I bought it and went back home. At the moment I'm about to start cooking. See you guys soon

Good morning steemits. How was your nights? Mine was splendid. I woke up this morning by 5:27 am. Preparing for my prayer walk as usual. My parents were already awake so I have to check my dad's bp(blood pressure). After that I left for prayer walk 5:47 am( We have been on 21days fasting and prayer and today is day 18th remaining 3days to round up).
After the prayer walk someone had dyspnea(Breathlessness) due to exposure to early morning cold,I have to help out to resuscitate the lady(my profession as a doctor).
When I came back was exhausted.

But have to go and see one of my mentors (a family physician)

Hey guys I'm back again. Today I want to share what I have learned from grandma. While I was preparing lunch, grandma took the cocoyam peeling and started spreading on a bag to dry. I looked at it as if she wanted to just allow it for some time. Then she later took the plantain peelings I had kept to dry to make local sodium water (limestone). She started chopping them in to pieces which caught my attention. And I asked her why she was doing it, she said it was for manure. She wants to chop them, dry and put in a bag to plant yams. It's interesting because I have never heard or seen this method and it's good too. Once in the bag the manure easily mixes with the soil when it rains and the products are always so great. Now I understand the technique of some yam cultivation using bags. A lesson learned today. Hope you too can adopt it by drying you kitchen waste and using for manure. Have a nice day

Warm lemon water if metabolise in the body system gets to its alkaline form.

Taking this in the morning helps in removing mucor especially in Blood Group A who are susceptible to infections...
Help in reducing stomach acidity
It is an immune booster etc...

Oohh I almost forgot this part of the day guys. Guess what it is? It's lunch my dear friends. I had finished cooking and served the food around 3:30pm which everyone ate. I took my bathe and sat outside in front of the house enjoying the cool atmosphere while savoring my own lunch if "Nang tare" my traditional meal. Today it was made only with dry fish as daddy doesn't eat meat but it was still very delicious. You can come join us for the next meal in the evening to enjoy it too. I am presently seated in front of the house drinking my juice of bubble up and looking at how the evening is gradually unfolding. Hope yours is quite good too.

I came back from school very early because the crowd at the bursary office was so much and I couldn't wait again. Hi my fellow steemians, top of the evening. It was really a nice time in my place of work. I left the office by 4:30pm after I must have settled with refilling my cylinder.
I used the Aba Owerri route to enable me pick up some items for the house from Market Square Mall.

I was able to get all the things I bargained for and also left immediately. I made my way straight home and arrived before 5:30pm. Getting set for dinner and would likely freshen up immediately.

Hi. How I would love to refill any cylinder of gas without heavy trouble. That domestic service has started to get a big problem to buy it with a reasonable price. We still have those mentioned items here but the price is on the high side. Ordinarily I would have gotten that 12.5kg lesser than 35steem before now. Anyway it is well with us. We will continue to overcome.

Time for our daughter to go to school. There school is not far from our house. There school has three uniforms for a week and today being Wednesday they have to appear in this uniform. Now she's gone to school. I will go to saloon to get a haircut before I go to refill our gas cylinder and go to work.

Hey, you're such a lucky person because the school building is near to the house. There will be no excuses to get late at the classroom. This is the same gas cylinder that Misu was taking care before and it's located in the house. As I always mention, there's a particular situation in my country where everybody has to save it as much as they can because it's not easy to get it. It's even possible to spend more than a month without it and people are now cooking with electrical burners. #venezuela #affable

Good morning Steemians. Hope you slept well and woke up strong? I had a nice sleep and I feel good this morning. I woke up by 5am, had my devotion and came online to get updates. Once I drop my phone now, I'm gonna hurriedly hit the Bathroom to have a warm bath, after which I'll hit the road. Welcome back to my 2nd and last LID Report for Wednesday 3/02/2021 from Aba, the Enyimba city.
The time now is 8:38pm.

Our Christian meetings ended past 6pm, it was so touching to learn more new thing about Jehovah our God. He set the pace for attaching monetary values to human lives, He showed special consideration to the elderly as well as the younger ones. You can read Leviticus 27:3-5.

After the meeting, I sent Bright to buy a tuber of yam for us to manage this even, he bought a good one and so I prepared it's sauce with fresh tomatoes and red oil. While still cooking I took some snapings of our gas cylinders, for today's spotlight.

Now that she's gone to school. I will now go to saloon. To get to the saloon I will have to work down the street. Because our road is under construction,there is so much dust as a result of the red mod on the streets. Fortunately when I got to the saloon, there were only two persons, after 1hour 30 minutes it was Now my turn. Left the saloon before 10am. When I got home I freshened up and got ready fo my next activities. Please stay tuned for next activities

Now that I have gotten a haircut and freshened up. I'll be going to refill our gas cylinder there are lots of near by places to refill. I wonder when this country will be able to pipe gas to all homes. Here's the gas cylinder that was refilled. We also keep a kerosene stove, in case there's gas scarcity. Brought it back at 11:30, now it's time for me to go to work. Please stay tuned for more report

Until the time of emergency that's when we can have gas connected of our homes. It's good you have the kerosene stove , imagine boiling rice and the gas runs out? At least you can continue cooking using the kerosene stove and reduce your high blood pressure level.

Thank God you had it filled already, So I won't stress preparing that hot pot..... Hahahaaaaaah. Nice evening

@tenguhatanga. I can't thank you enough for your detailed reply. Going to fill gas cylinder is stressful, moreover with all these refill points at filling stations and private gas refill points, I think it's dangerous,cos of environmental hazards..

5th LID REPORT

Time:12noon.

Finally I went to work and after working for 5 hours I was tired and ready to go home to my family. We were all very happy to see each other. After my bath, dinner was served. After dinner we talked about how our day was, starting from our daughter... We thank God for this day, we watched TV and at 10pm we slept. Thank you for finding time to read my lid reports. Do have a good night rest.

Spotlight: Gas cylinder/ Stove
Location: Mile 3 Nkwen Bamenda Cameroon

I seem to having a forgetive memory today. I don't know what's happening to me. I keep on forgetting things today. At this point I will be presenting my spotlight for today which is the gas cylinder or stove. The gas cylinder are of different brand here in Cameroon. We have
• Oilibya with the oxblood gas cylinder
• Camgaz with the green gas cylinder
• S.C.T.M with the yellow gas cylinder and with this orange gad cylinder which is what we use in the house as seen on the picture below

For the stove there are those that use kerosene, those that use gas. With those that use gas there are the manual and the authomatic which is what we use in the house and seen on the picture below

The whole evening has been a discussion and quiet one against my brother's upcoming traditional wedding on Saturday ( knock door). Also the Cameroonian team playing the championship game was well beaten so all football supporters are sad except me. I don't like football game and so it has no effect on me on who wins or who losses.

Good evening my friends , this is my fifth report for today and I welcome you. After I finished filling my gas cylinder, I wanted to drink golden morn but after the rain, the weather became too cooled. So I decided to take instead of the golden morn I initially wanted to take. I now took tea as my dinner and read some of my notes to get ready for tomorrow's lectures. Good bye see you again tomorrow.
