Introduction
We are delighted to announce a SteemHotLine, a project aimed at providing quick, exclusive support and mentorship to newbies. We are taking a more committed approach this year to recruitment and helping new users to get started. We have plans to launch massive recruitment campaigns. We have already started with our Facebook Ad campaign. With the expected influx of new users, we need a more robust, community-driven structure for educating new users and making this newbie support available 24/7. That is the essence of SteemHotLine.
Meet SteemHotLine Admins
SteemHotLine is right now implemented on our Whatsapp mentorship group. HotLine Admins are our leaders that volunteer to answer questions about Steem and help new users solve any challenges. They sign up new users, guide them on making introduction and other posts, and also help them integrate into SteemALive community.
Since a few days now, some of our leaders have demonstrated willingness to work as our SteemHotLine admin. They assisted the last 2 presentations we did, helping sign up new users, mentoring them and assisting them too. So these 3 leaders together with @focusnow will for the SteemHotLine kickoff Staff.
Join our Team
We will definitely need more hands to join us as SteemHotLine Admins. So we invite you to volunteer if you have the time, patience and calm mind to attend to new users inquiries. Make surre you are conversant with how to create steemit accounts and how the achievement tasks are designed. Your job is to help these newbies through every question they have right from sign up.
How to Volunteer
Contact any of the Admins of SteemHotLine - @beautybb, @udyliciouz, @charis20, @focusnow. They will add you to the mentorship group so you start helping newbies, responding to any questions as soon as you see it in the group. After a week or two we will include you in our Admins list.
The community will support the admins for the valuable work they do helping these newbies. We will determine how best to support these tireless leaders.
More Potential New users wanted
SteemAlive is a fulltime Steem Promotion community. We will be expanding our online campaigns this year- we have already started. If you have anyone that will be interested to learn about Steemit, feel free to forward their contacts to any of the admin. They will add them to the group so they learn from our presentations.
Conclusion
SteemHotLine will be a 24/7 instant service. We want to respond to newbies request immediately and we want to always be available. If there are many admins,the work wont be a burden. We thank our Admins and encourage them to continue working hard just as they are in fact doing.

Like I do tell Newbies I mentor, "Mentoring and teaching has been something I do without stress". And it's a confirmation not noise.

For any company to sustain itself, they need a quick response team, little wonder then why most companies now have automated robots that respond immediately a visitor drops a message for inquiry. I believe this initiative will as well work here in this community. I want to commend the @steemalive community for coming up with this new development. And I also want to thank the 3 Volunteers who will be piloting this new idea. I really wish to join, but I will have to arrange my schedule, after which, I will contact any of the quick response members.
