This is an interesting topic. My bank is called GTTB. They are really trying well in many aspects, especially convenient and modern banking. But there was a time they started debiting my on cash received. They If someone sent 5000 naira to me, they will collect 200 and credit 4,800. It continued for some time until I went to the bank to complain. It was not easy ooo. It stopped for that time and I have not noticed it again.

I have account with 4 different bank but only one is serving me very well now, the one I love most disappointed me when I wanted to change my ATM card, I went to the bank by 9:am and the security man asked me
I honestly told him that I want to change my ATM card and he gave me number, I stayed from 9:am till 1:pm no where, I was worried and ask him several times, what is keeping here, you will come here and call some people even that I came before them and he said they are here to deposit so they don't need to stay outside with the money. As he left another security man told me any other time you come here tell them you want to deposit money you will go on time.

Am report from Aba, the Enyimba City. I use to have an account with Second Bank of Nigeria. But I closed it because of long queue. The annoying part is that you will see 13 counters, but only 2 or 3 persons attending to the whole world. Its very bad @chichieze
