However, we are back and here to stay. We thank you all friends for supporting LID reporting the last time. We are equally very confident of your massive support this as we restart today. Welcome once again.
To be a great LID reporter, you need to be very creative and use your brain. LID reporting involves looking for news worthy and informative activities happening around you to report. Whether you are going to market today, work, visiting a friend, or going shopping, try to find interesting things happening along the way. Capture them and report to us in the comment section of this post. We will read your LID report and respond to them to. So lets start right way.
General tips for Quality LID Reporting
How to Start: Your first LID report is a morning selfie. You can write about how your night was, how this morning is going and some of the things happening in your place now. Then under My schedule for the day, tell us how you will spend today - the things you will do and places you will go. Be detailed. Also remember to include the following at the top of your report: Location, Date, and Time
Image Quality: Your images should be bright and clear. They must be original and taken at the spot. We will not accept blurry or poor quality images.
Use Location Coordinates: You will earn extra points if you use What3words to add the coordinates of your picture locations. This is a great way to make your images verifiable and authentic
Reporting Periods: Try to report at least 3 times before the day runs out. Ofcourse, you are free to report more than 3 times. The more frequently you report, the better.
What to Report: Go to where things or activities are happening and update us. Busy places like Markets, Event Centers, Motor Parks, bank, shopping mall, Steem Promotion Locations, Universities, Hospitals, etc are all places where you can capture live action and report
Length of Reports: We do not welcome short reports at all. Each of your reports should be at least 1 paragraph long or a minimum of 70 words. You can check with this word counter.

I got up by 5:30am to say my morning prayers to the giver of life, God. I trolled out a bit to the road to stretch my myself and be refreshed by the air.

Good morning my fellow lid reporters I woke up today at 6:30am I slept today like a baby I did not even shake within the night. This is because of joy that over whelmed me over Cameroon's winning in the foot ball match. I woke up washed the dishes and mopped the floor and am on my way to school although the is a lot of traffic and here in the capital of Cameroon, Yaounde we all have a problem of transportation since the roads are small so you have to stand for long by the roadside before you can find a taxi although they are not that expensive.

Good morning everyone, hope you all are doing great and enjoying the weather. So many people with heavy blanket.
My night was pleasant though I slept very late because of my damsels who refused to sleep.
The night was so cold here at a point woke up to go and wear heavy cloth.
When I woke up this morning, I plan to do Lid report First but realizing what the time was, I rushed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the family.
I prepared, indomie noodles garnish with vegetable and fried egg.
We wash it down with hot tea because of the weather.

After our brief meeting in the morning which lastest for an 1hour , I quickly rushed home , change to my pair of jean and moved straight to d market to buy some food stuffs for the family so right in the market I came across a lady and a ticket man fighting each other , because according to the lady she said has not sold
any item since morning ,that when she does she will equally pay ,but the ticket man never listened until they began to exchange began to exchange blow on themselves so I decided to snap them as fast as possible for us to see .
I later left them to complete my shopping and immediately I was done I proceeded to my children School to pick them up because their school has dismissed now so I moved to their school with my shopping bag just as you seeing here

I am glad to be among the first LID reporters this morning.
My night was good, except that we do not have light. The daylight is gradually coming up though there is mist/dew within my vicinity with songs of birds.
This is my morning selfie, please don't mind the ugly face.
My schedule for today: I will do laundry immediately after this report. I have so many records to update and planned to finish it all today. I also have in-person meeting by 3:00pm at Umugo Ovom.

Waking up this morning and I had to step out to get fresh air by the road side very close to my place at about 6:55pm. I was suprise to see the dew everywhere and the vehicles had to put up their headlight to drive.
My today's schedule
I will be at home this morning after freshening up to have my treatment. I will later move out to visit the office to check on things and meet up with my boss. My studies and participation in steemit can't be excluded. I will as well attend a meeting later in the day.

Good morning friends I am very sorry for reporting late: my reasons are 1. I didn't know where to drop my report and secondly I was on online morning prayers with my church.
My night was good because even when I was not happy the I chatted my friend and he brought me ice cream and meat pie as late as 11: 30 pm so I lick it and I went to bed happily, I slept through out as ababy. So this morning I woke and I join my church online morning prayers and now I am here to update you all.

Good day my fellow steemains am at the University campus and now am doing some manipulation . We have prepared MHB Agar to carryout a direct and indirect confrontation test. The lab which precisely the biochemistry lab is very busy at this moment where everybody is very concerntrated on their work. The day is very bright and sunny since we are experiencing the dry season here in Cameroon.

Hello fellow reporters, I'm back with my afternoon report as I promised earlier.
I mentioned in the morning that I will be going nowhere but my decision changed when I wanted to cook and there was no pepper and onion in the house and there was no one I could send to the market.
So I decided to go by myself but stepping out of the house, I saw some of my friends gathered in the court adjacent my house so I went to know what was happening and was told that a guy resisted an arrest yesterday by the Nigerian Police Force and was charged to court for his first offense and the second one subsequently.
Well, I only wished to join them but kitchen duty calls and I got to answer before my brothers will send me back to my base.
So I decided to proceed to the market which was uneventful.
Right now, I'll and capture the spotlight which will be my next report.

2nd LID REPORT
AFTERNOON
Hey friends o am back again with another report. Hope the day is moving on well with everyone? It has been a soul enriching day for me. Since 8:15 am I have been in church been soaked with the word of God. The theme for the recollection is "We are Followers of Christ". This phrase has a deep meaning drawing from the conversation of St Paul we are called to look deeply in our hearts and find that connection with our savior for in him we are whole. We are also called by Jesus Christ to take up our cross and follow him for he's the sole solution to all our crosses. The recollection ended with a benediction which we all silently talk to our father God. By 10:35 am we were done and then we had join choir practice in preparation for the feast day on Sunday. It has been so wonderful that we didn't see the time go. I am just getting home now and the first thing that gets to my mind is food then I remembered I have well prepared and spiced pork meat from yesterday. I have heated it and want to eat. It was captured along Mbak Road by IFA Atai big Junction, off Oron Road Uyo. Yes this telecom's mast is closed to Trinity polytechnic Uyo. Same Mbak Road.
While I was going to capture the mast, I saw a school bus taking the pupils back to their homes because the school is over. See the picture of the bus.

I took a bus from Aba, Abia state to Afikpo but the vehicle hard a tyre challenge at Umuayia town.
This really delayed our movement due to the way the spare tyre was tied up with loads. It wasn't easy before we loose it.
After we succeeded in changing the tyre, the time was already far spent. It was around 2:30pm before we left Umuahia town.
The major reasons why we had tyre issue is because the motor was over loaded with goods. But i really thank God for safe trips.

Fourth LID Report

On my way home from work I stopped at my parent’s house; Compost Road to see them because I didn’t see them over the weekend, and perhaps eat there.
As if my mom knew that I was hungry, she instructed my niece to make food for me; garri with egusi soup.
After eating, I rested and gisted with her for a while before heading home nand and got ready to go home
As I stepped out, I saw my little friend, Dominion playing with his motor, and I asked him to take me home in his “acclaimed motor” and he obliged.
As you can see in the picture below, he was such a good driver, and for a job well done, I had to buy biscuit for him and he was happy😊.

Going further, I met another friend, Divine, I call him “my gee”. Divine is a bit mentally deranged but he converses with people, but he can be hostile sometimes. The good news today is that Divine bought dry meat for me and everyone around were surprised. He even escorted me to the main road. Isn’t this wonderful 😂😘
I got home, safe and decided to eat my dry meat with a chilled Hollandia yogurt after that I will report for my online training.
Today was indeed a beautiful day, to God be the Glory.

EVENING
After having my lunch I spent the rest of my time on bead making designing a table mat till around 7:30pm when I finished. I freshened up, had my super and decided to wine my time watching a football match. I am not a football fan and since I didn't want to go bed early and my internet connection has been disturbing I had no choice. This evening Cameroon my country and host of the African Nations cup (AFCON) was playing with Comoros. I started watching at 25 minutes gone into the game. It was a good one and tough too but good thing my country was leading. I saw smiles on everyone's face in the parlor and I kept on wondering how they can base so much interest on such a thing. Well that was their thing and mine is different.

On a sad page, it a stampede has been reported to have occurred at the Olembe Stadium where the football match is taking place and has resulted to many injured persons. Let's just pray for them to be okay or no death occurring due to the action.

Am reporting live what is going on at Ehere Road as well as the market and businesses around the area.
Entrance to main market w3w
The market as well as the shops at Ehere road and Opobo junction are all locked. Information gathere by the reporter shows that state government locked up the shops & close the market since Sunday because the owners are not keeping the environment clean. As at the time of filing this report, activities around the area has been dead since Sunday. It was also gathered from government officials enforcing the closure of shops that the situation will remain like that till further notice.
What do you think about those whose livelihood depends on their shop there? Is the state government not being hash?

I later went out of the house as stated in my second in second report.
I passed a P.O.S shop to make a withdrawal as I was left with little or no money already. There was this shining disco light in one of these P.O.S stand admist the numerous stands that we have here and the light caught my attention and I decided to make my withdrawal from there.
I progressed to buy Milo and Peak Milk so I can make very hot tea tonight as dinner in this very cold weather condition so as to keep my diaphragm warm.
...and Yes, I was able to conclude the season 1 of Squid Game earlier, other seasons ain't out yet

I took a walk out this evening at about 9:23pm to Nung Udoe round about , Uyo to find whataht to eat. There I notice a group of youth clustering in a niga bet shop. I was force to draw closer to check If there was a live match going on there only for me to observed that there was no live match.
To my greatest surprise, these guys were still staking games at this time of the night. This happens dialy.
There is every indication that majority of this guy's take this to be their jobs and nothing more. With this attitude, what will be the fate of the future of this young minds?
