Hello @steemalive and @steemitblog, it is my pleasure to report back with my city report of last week 27th June to 3rd July 2021. It had been a beautiful experience so far, I am ever grateful for the platform of the leadership given to me.
Basically, last week there were no much activities, but we had 1 newbie who joined us in Lagos city here, he is @passion-crypto, and here is his introduction post, you can visit his page and drop a warm welcome for him. He was one of the persons we reached out to during the last promotion we did.
Steemit Promotion
Last week was follow up all through. Due to the Steemit promotion we hosted last week, a whole lots of persons had indicated interest on steemit, but wants to have basic knowledge before signing up, so I created a whatsapp group to always address them, some have promissed to get back to me on their registration once they are well convinced on themselves.

Retention And Support
In a bid to keep users active, i have been doing what i am meant to do from my own part as the city co-ordinator by updating users daily on our Lagos City Telegram Channel with necessary information they need to have as regards steemit.
@ammyy had also been a great assistant, she helps in fetching weekly contest links that are going on in the community.
I had also been supporting by hosing weekly contests to encourage engagements and also to enable participants earn some steem from the contest.
*The below screenshot is the last concluded contest winners announcement, i had also sent their prizes to all winners, total of 20 Steem.

Our Plans
To take steemit to the grassroot of our city Lagos State Nigeria via promotions.
To get a steemit training center for seminars and trainings.
To retain at least 98% of users and get them active.
To extend helping hands to the less privileged via our steemit earnings.
