Introducton

Hello dear @steemalive and @steemitblog, it's my pleasure to present to us the report for lagos city steemalive steemians for the previous week.

Recruitment

Within the past couple of days, i have recruited a couple of newbies which is part of my duty as a city co-ordinator. meanwhile this is one of the things that gives me joy, taking steemit to the grassroot in my city.

I run daily online adverts on my social media pages, as well as offline adverts. I talk to people i meet on daily basis about steemit and most of them ceases the opportunity with immediate effects.

Retention

As usual, i add all my recruits to our Lagos City Steemalive whatsapp group, as well as the main steemalive whatsapp group for daily updates and mentorship.

We keep increasing every day, which means an increased mentorship for me, though i derive joy in doing that.

Our Plans

Just i listed in my previous report, we have lined up of activities we are to carry out very soon. i have also started taking steps to achieving them all.

• Our meetup:
  i have made enquiries of somethings we are to use for the meetups which includes fliers, t-shirts and venue for meetup.
  The soft copy flier will cost 5,000 naira which is approximately 10.20 steem at 490 per steem.
  The t-shirts will cost us 2500 naira each which is approximately 5.10 steem at 490 per steem.
  The Venue is costing us 10,000 per hour and we will be using it for 3 hours which is 30,000 naira, at an approximation of 61.22 steems at 490 per steem.

• Our Radio Station Publication.
  I have made enquiry for the radio station publication, it will cost us 45,000 for just 10 minutes publication which is approximately 91.83 steems at 490 per steem.

We are doing an underground work to see that all these comes to pass, and we will be glad to come back with the goodnews of our feedback.
