Hello @steemalive community and @steemitblog, I bring you greetings from the Lagos City Steemians. This is our City Report for the week past spent from 4th to 11th July 2021.
In the past week, there was not much activities, but i had been doing follow up on the previous persons we reached our to from Federal College of education Akoka. From the follow up, we had one person who signed up last week, her username is @favour-ugochi, though she is yet to make her introduction post, so we expect the arrival of her introduction post.

We had the highest number of inactive users last week, though some of them had some personal issues that resulted to their in activeness, majority went inactive due to poor support on their posts. Though i had always encouraged consistency and commitment among users.
Retention And Support
Our city telegram channel had been of great help in mentoring city members and supporting them in any way they have challenges with their steemit projects. @ammyy, my assistant had also been of a great help, she helps in fetching weekly contest links that are going on in the community to help city members in accessing the contests without much stress.
I had also been supporting by hosing weekly contests to encourage engagements and also to enable participants earn some Steem from the contest.
Our Plans
To take steemit to the grassroot of our city Lagos State Nigeria via promotions.
To get a steemit training center for seminars and trainings.
To retain at least 98% of users and get them active.
To extend helping hands to the less privileged via our steemit earnings.
