Introduction

Greetings to all leaders and community members. This report covers the activities of Team Innovation for the week starting on the 28^th of November to the 4 ^th day of December 2021. Team Innovation and it's members were engaged in a lot of fruitful activities Last week.

Verification

Last week the team processed the verification of @jobblessing. The process was a little hectic and unsuccessful. This week we have a number of new comers to be verified together with her. While we remain grateful to the steem-alive team for attending to request from all teams.

Promotion and Roadshow

Last week, the team had another six newbies who join the platform. And the six of them recorded introductory post.

Training/mentorship

As usual Team Innovation meet once a week at mindset office. Number 15 Ikpa Road Uyo Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria for its training and mentorship of the newbies.

This week's training covered the following areas

• Setting aside a percentage to a beneficiary.
• The benefits of joining the #club5050
• Participate in common contests like the SEL
• How to join curation trail.

When we set aside a percentage to the host community, it helps the Community grow which in turns improve the quality of votes we get from the community. It's more like building a community together.

Going along with club5050 helps build the individual members of the community. This will in the long-run, Reducing our total dependence on the creators like 01, we will be able to vote the Newcomer.

Make yourself known by participating in comment contest. It also increases your chances of getting votes from the people you interact with.

Joining the curation trail builds your Steem-power effortlessly depending on your current Steem-power.

Plans for the new week

• The Team is planning to print more promotional materials most especially the T-shirts.
• The team will also engage in promotional activities as always.

Conclusion

Last week was full of activities for Team Innovation. I really appreciate my team members for thier cooperation.
Team Innovation seek for support to print promotional material like fliers. The Team is made up of newbies and they do not have what it's take to print flyers for now.

I appreciate the effort of my state representative @ngoenyi and to my fellow coordinators, they are really doing well. I also appreciate @focusnow the founder of steem alive community for his hardwork and always encouraging community members to do more when it comes to promotion.
