Hello my beautiful friends on steem, happy new week to you all and welcome to my dairy for the day hope you all are doing great? is a blessed day for me and i thank God for life. i also appreciate @steemalive for the opportunity given to us to write our diary.

My Diary
Good morning friends,
I woke up this morning as early as 5am, very strong and am grateful to God who made it possible.
After I got out of bed, I did a little workout, washed off the plates in the kitchen, wormed small rice for breakfast, had my bath and left for work.
I will fist stop at shopping center to buy some few fabrics for jobs I received over the weekend.

Just like every other Monday, shopping center was crowded.
Traders from all over the country and even from neighboring African countries are present in the market today to buy all kinds of fabrics.
The pictures Bellow shows the true situation of things in the in the market.

Unlike other days of the week, there is no vehicular movements in the market, people only managed on foot and goods were transported with trucks or wheelbarrow out of the market to motor parks, from where they will be transported to their destinations

Moreso, on my way back to the shop, at about noon, I captured this tanker which happens to be our spotlight for our lid reporting today.
The tanker was driving towards Asa road from Azikiwe by East.
By the time I noticed it, it had already driven pass me, I gave it a hot chase, went ahead of it and took a picture of it. This was possible because the traffic was mooving very slowly as a result of congestion along the road.

When I finally got to the shop from the market, I sorted the items I brought back and started work.
About two hours later, there was a very heavy rain, accompanied by wind.
This disrupted power supply, and I looked for a curner of the shop rested my head and slept off.

I woke up at about 5pm after the rain had stopped.
I rounded up, closed and started going home.

on my way home, traffic was very slow, there were lots of passengers on the road. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes before I got a bus to conveyed me to my busstop.
Nevertheless, I continued to take pictures of articulated vehicles anywhere I come across them

When I entered my street, i bought Akara and pap, that was all I could think about to arrest weather condition.
On getting home, I had a hot bath, ate, and retired to my bed and started writing my diary.

NEPA didn't give us light, and it's not unconnected with the rain.
I hope the eyes of this generation of Nigerians will withness uninterrupted power supply round the clock including when it's raining
