I trust we all had a great day in our respective places, I had a great day too.
I bring to you the diary of my day the 2-4-2021 been Friday, it was an awesome one.
I woke up that morning bearing in mind to see a friend of mine who we haven't seen for long, his name is Alex, actually we went to the same primary school when we were much younger, he was the headboy while I was the headgirl, something happened between us one day, we were writing exams and I saw him opened his book to pip answers and I called him a thief, hmm guys guess what he did, he dashed a very big slap on my face OMG!! I went straight up to report him to our teachers who punished him mercylessly for his act. Ever since then our path never crossed untill last year when we stumbled into ourselves, he has now grown so tall and huge, I was like Alex is that you he was also shocked to see me, we hugged and exchanged contacts so since then we've being talking.
On the 2nd of this month, we planned to see, so I woke up had my devotion, did a little house chores, while I was preparing he called me to know when I'll be coming I told him I was almost ready so he said when I start coming I should give he a call so he gave me the discription of the place in gwarinpa Abuja, I am not mobile so I did two drops before I came to the place, when I came, I waited for him beside a fueling station then he drove down to pick me up.
We were both excited seeing each other after a lonnnng time, we first went to Volcano in gwarinpa Abuja, it's a relaxation center there we talked about our dreams and aspirations, plans and focus for life, he told me about a firm owing him some certain amount of money and they are not willing to pay him completely.
We left there for crush café still in gwarinpa, here he ordered for shawarma and sousage mixed with chicken and bitter lemon drink for me but I preferred a bottle of chilled coke, he did not take anything because he was not ready to take anything at the moment. While we were there he received a delivery of a product he ordered for, a power bank, he made the money transfer but network kind of delayed it for a while.
We also made an audio call to another of our primary school mate called Fatima, it was all fun, we all deliberated on a post Alex made on Facebook and we all laughed over it. Fatima stays in another state so Alex asked her to come over to Abuja and join us so we form a squard, it was funny, it seems like we were all together while on call. It was a nice time hanging out with these two, oh i had my day.
We were both in crush café, the environment was so calm, no noise every where was neatly kept, at this point I couldn't finish the shawarma, I had to cover it with the servette and left it on the table, before we left the place we took some pictures and guess what he started making introduction to the people around he said "this was my headgirl back then in school" oh no I was like can you stop!!.
Ok...we left there and he helped looked for a ride to take me home, he asked me to stay in the car while he came out to get a ride that the sun was too high for me, oh what a kind gesture, finally we got a ride, he payed for the ride and told me i made his day, I also told him he made my day, I thanked him for his time then we departed and I came home. This was how I spent that day.
