INTRODUCTION
This is another good contest to enable us recall the life we lived back in decades. We may classify them now as adventures since we do not belong to that school of thought anymore. But some may call it mischief, as it was a clear playful misbehavior as a child or as children. Sometimes this mischievous act may turnout to be harmful or put one into trouble.

MY CHILDHOOD PRANKS
As a male child while growing up, it was always perceived that male children play a lot. This was no different for me as I was deeply baptized in playful activities.

Firstly, we were all born the in northern area of the country and for us from the eastern side the choice of schools were considered due to religious differences. I am laying emphasis on school because this was where the so called mischief happened. I was always into making my follow pupils scared🤣. I like to do things that make them scream, jump and run if need be🤣🤣🤣. On this fateful day, during a free time in the classroom I crawled under the desk of some of the pupils unknown to them, using broomstick to pierce their skin (legs) though in a subtle manner not to hurt them much bearing in mind the prank. And as soon as I carry out my prank, they screamed and jumped up in fears😊 thinking it was an insect/snake bite. This, which I did for as long I could have fun with so much happiness but when I got tired I decided to go back to my seat. Things went bad when one of the pupils' in a bid to reciprocate, came to my desk without my knowledge and played same pranks to me hence I scream and mistakenly dashed my leg on his face which until now I cannot say for sure if he has regained one of his sights😭that was affected in this process (My bad, this was pranks gone wrong).

Punishment: The child was immediately rushed to the school clinic for onward treatment but I was flogged. Unfortunately my Mum was a teacher in same school, so I received a double fold of the flogging while at school...you all can guess what happened while home that day.😡
This was pranks gone wrong and I regretted that things went haywire

Secondly, as a child when we speak especially lies I don't know want makes us feel we can always deceive an adult. There was the stream down the East ( Now back from the North) my Mum consciously warned me in particular severally not go and swim but trust me as a child (not a stubborn one o 😊) I followed my friends to the same stream days later out of curiosity and persuasion from them. I swam very well like a fish that fateful day and came back but unknowingly to me I was wearing a different look (I was almost white in color with reddish eyes due to the swimming activity). Unfortunately for me, Mum was at the door-side when I dashed in... She immediately queried my whereabouts when she assessed me in a glance but I lied knowing fully well the consequences 😊😊 but my people I didn't have the day.

Punishment: Having a teacher as a Mum is not an easy family affair. Fellow steemians, It was a black-day for me.😡 I received the flogging of my life. But I appreciate the whole corrective measures now.

CONCLUSION
It is not an easy task bringing up a child but parents need to do more and continue to make sure this task is completed without fail.
