Splinterlands - My progress after 6 months of playing

I started playing almost daily on Splinterlands and with the help of many other players I have now achieve owning 100 alpha cards. I want to give thanks to @golddeck, @rentmoney, @clove71, @carrieallen, @joedoer123, @deanlogic and many others who upvote my splinterlands posts. Without their help I would not have been able to amass a decent size alpha collection.
Originally when I started playing the game daily I did not have a plan to purchase alpha cards, but because I started with 5 alpha booster packs I maintained saving funds towards an alpha collection. As of now most of my summoners are at least a level 3, except for Tyrus where I need 1 bcx to get to a level 3.

On the monsters side I have most of the commons, rare, and epic alphas with a couple of exceptions. Most are at least level 2. I have yet to own an alpha legend and considering prices for them I will hold off from spending any funds on them. I feel I have better places to spend rather than owning alpha legends, unless I see a fire sale.

I have also amass a decent reward cards collection and hope to continue adding to this group. I have a few Beta and Untamed cards and this will be where my focus will go to in the next six months. I hope to add more Untamed cards to boost my chances of winning since I have not been able to get over Diamond II ranking with my current deck. I am aware that I may likely have to raise my summoners levels in order to have a better shot of rising in the ranks. However the cost of moving up 1 level for my summoners is basically double, which I do not have funds for. The better route I believe is to add Untamed cards into the deck to reinforce what I already have. The latter is a lesser cost of investment as I only need purchasing level 1 cards for it to start making an impact.

I can not wait to come back six months from today to review again how much progress I have made. Until then I will continue to play and earn more cards and DEC. Thanks for reading.
