STEEM... MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY ?

Getting up this morning most valuable cryptos are screaming red.
Stock market halted due to sliding pressure. So they are saving faces.
Crypto markets still kickcing for 24 hours even in the red.
We get it, emotions are way so high, you wonder, is this for real ?
My friends, it is real. Covid-19 is putting us all against the wall.
In the meantime #steem price acts like it is everyday business.

Would you believe #steem is trading at 12 cents now?
With all the negative going around. Usually this is normal price for #steem.

The price of #steem always rove around the same price no matter the situation.
I was thinking now #steem could be traded at 5 cents. I am not a pessimism steemian,
just wondering about what we have in store for #steem in 2020.

One guy came from the North, acting like he is up to really good.
Now which way are we heading ?
Lately I am reading a lot and see how important #steem is to everyone.
He purchased a large amount from someone we dealt before.
I am pretty sure the consensus community can deal with Sun as well.
This is what a community does.

Now is it going to be your way or the highway?
I am going to say we spent four years giving our time for this blockchain.
There is no way any true steemian will just back down and walk away from it.
Unfortunately we cannot change the past.
We change the future. I know TRUST is the word of the day.
We all trust @ned for four years and look where we are.

We need to agree on something and move forward.
I know it is easy said than done.
I hope #steem is not a boxing match where we need a winner.
If this is what we are looking for, adieu #steem.
The way I am looking at this, we need to find a common ground
in the name of the community.
The true winner must be the community.

Now I read many posts where it is quasi-impossible to deal with Sun.
I have seen behavior deemed worrisome, but
peculiar and we dealt with it. As a community we need to implement a way
for all top witnesses to have one say. I assume the top witnesses (consensus) are the voice of the community.
Let me repeat that to save steem. We need to have one say in order to get
our blockchain back.

You might jump and say what about decentralization? One say does not work
with decentralization. Off course we will always have different opinion with one cause
in mind. I am not a developer but I saw two different versions of the system running the software.
It is time to align ourselves to move forward.
Whatever we do, it is in the best interest of the community.
Gladly I have seen many posts from steemians
with no direct affiliation to witnesses.

Now there is one more thing I want to add. Who represent the community?
Is Sun as a new comer part of the community?
His actions defer greatly from the guidelines of the community.
I get that.
I think this is where we need to act as one unit to confront him.
He is so far the biggest stake holder of #steem.
He is our biggest headache to date.
We need to find a way for him to understand he is destroying
what we have built for years.

I have to applause the community through palnet discord for reaching out many times to steemit.
We are in a moment where my way or the highway will lead to no way.
While #steem gathers the attention, we need to strike and put in place what is next.
I have to say I am for the community. I am for #steem to be decentralized.
This moment in #steem life gives us the indication we need to change many things to move
forward.
The past is causing us more and more headache. Respectfully let us find an arrangement
to propel #steem to higher ground.
Yes we can make #steem great again.
At the end of the day, we all care for steem, whales, minnows, etc...
