My first hand-poured silver was a silver Heart. When I first saw this one, I instinctively and immediately got it, then had it gilded.
Why my attraction to hearts?
My first Mene 24K jewelry was a Mene 24K Gold Heart Charm.
My first Mene 24k Gold earrings and pendant were Mene 24K Gold Hearts.
I have many silver hand-poured Heart pieces. These are just a few of the earlier pieces.
I can always rely on my dearest stacking sisters of the #ladiesofssg4eva to come through for me.
It was @elizabethbit that first noticed it.

So yesterday, I wrote what I thought was my good-bye article... thanking everyone for the support accorded me here on steemit, without mentioning what was happening to me.
This morning, as I responded to @dfinney's comment on her latest article, I was reminded by this statement she had on the bottom of the page:
Perhaps my choice of silver and gold pieces is a reflection of me.
I am all heart, which makes me sensitive but also loving and affectionate. I remain true to myself, despite being a recipient of outward or passive meanness from others.

Sorry I haven't been to much of support, been struggling myself with sickness and life.
I know there are People Who feed on hurting others, using them and being mean.
But I think life is to short to waiste on People Who drains you and makes you feel bad.

Sometimes I wonder which one is better. Having a precious metal accessory or just invest on a biscuit / coin; because we not only pay for the precious metal but the workmanship too.
The only problem when we need to sell it for emergency we get ripped off and however beautiful the silver ornament is it is all boiled down to grams at the pawn shop... :(

Some say that the money is made at the time when the precious metals are bought. I don't stack for investment purposes. I stack to save. Precious metals for me is a great store of value.
It is exactly for the above reason you mentioned that the base of my stack are American Silver Eagles (that always commands a min of $1.00 over spot buy back), US Constitutional Silver and generic silver. I don't usually purchase high-premium silver unless they are for my collection which I hope never to sell, and I only have a few of those types. And that is why I have at 3 1 ounce silver biscuit stacked aside as a wedding gift (hence the pun of the name of this account) for the 3 munchkins in the family.
