If you are a content creator in this day of age you are probably hoping that you could make a living doing what you love doing. But as you start to upload you work you will see that it is a very competitive field. There are a lot of success stories of people who make it big and you can make it as a content creator but there is a gap of people who are having trouble making a living. This is true regardless if you are a blogger, photographer or video content maker. But there are more options starting to take shape for content creators including cryptocurrency.
Cryptocurrency is a new way to make money for your work. It is a direct payment for your content and new sites are rewarding you in their coin to help grow their network. It is a new way to get paid for doing what you like to do and not only does it not take away from the other ways you would get rewarded for your content but it can actually add to it.
Take this site, Steemit for example. On here you can share links to your work with embedded videos or post articles about a topic you are making content on. You can make coins on here for sharing the content you are working on and get more views for your website or channel. It is a great tool to help you do what you are already doing anyway.
If you are new to crypto you can trade it for bitcoin or ethereum which you can trade for cash. The price of coins usually go up and down so you might want to keep it to see if it is worth more later or you can wait until more sites start to accept it as payment. The options are up to but you are better of getting some for doing what you are doing anyway.
There are other sites for crypto as well but I am not going to advertise them here :p
Sites like Steemit are a great way to increase traffic to your work and make side income as you work towards that threshold of being a successful content creator. And if the price goes up a lot, maybe the crypto you earned could be enough by itself.
You can also post on Steem Leo if you are into writing about finance or crypto and earn both steem and leo.
If you are new to this site send me a hey in the comments and feel free to ask any questions.
