Saving is an important habit that one must have,right from childhood,we were taught not to spend all our money and save it in a box which we call “kolo”,it is made of clay and money is kept inside it,sometimes I tend to use my hand to remove money from it without letting anyone know when I want to buy something.saving isn’t just for women but for everyone.

Women tend to save a whole lot not just for themselves but for their family most importantly their children.To a woman,her family comes first and so she has to take care of them in every single way.Apart from earning an income,she has to save money apart for days when money is urgently needed or for a purpose in the family,sometimes it can be gold and sometimes it can also be accessories.

The answer is definitely yes!There is a saying that some women do say”what ever belongs to my husband belongs to me but whatever belongs to me belongs to me or my husband’s money is mine but my own money is my own money “.

Women tend to save without their husband knowing,they like yo keep it a secrets just so they don’t end up spending it or lending it to their husband.My mum saved up without letting my dad know it was just I that found out because I actually saw it(hahaha).Thou,some couples do have a joint account in which they both save up for their family and children.

Steemit is a platform giving opportunity to not just women but everyone to learn and earn from it.It’s purpose in general is to educate people about mostly everything but still make them learn through making money and empowering them.

In the cases of women,I feel it is to make we women strong,rely on our own strength and make money even if you are a house wife and be able to earn and acquire more knowledge about ourselves as women and also the world in general.it is for empowerment, that we can also earn money by working hard with efforts, concentration and determination.
In conclusion Saving is important not just for women but for everyone in general,having some money somewhere whereby you can use when things go wrong or when you need it is something everyone should practice.
