Today, I will participate in a nice learning contest in the Steem For Ladies Community titled "Tools to Spark Culinary Inspiration #20" Thanks to an honourable members of this community, @ninapenda, for organizing such a nice contest.

Do you think smoke alarm should be planted in the kitchen or else where? And is it important to have it?

Yes, I think smoke alarms should be installed in the kitchen, but they should be installed according to the rules and at a certain distance. Smoke alarms play an important role in saving us from major accidents. Because when the smoke is generated, the siren will sound, so then we can be aware and take action.
But all our kitchens still do not have enough modern stoves, so many kitchens produce smoke during cooking. Then it turned out that if there was a smoke alarm, the siren would sound, which would cause panic. So we should install a smoke alarm at least 10 feet away from here. As much as smoke alarms benefit us, they can also cause panic if not set up consciously.

If you have an emergency fire outbreak in the kitchen what do you do?

Our kitchens often have, can or will have unexpected fires. So we need to have some awareness and steps if needed. Following is what to do in the event of a sudden kitchen fire:

• Do not lose patience, act calmly and quickly.
• Firstly, the gas line and electric line should be turned off.
• Secondly, if there is a fire extinguisher, use it facing the fire.
• Thirdly, try to extinguish the fire, extinguishing the fire with a wet cloth or thick cloth will cut off the oxygen supply. As a result, the fire will be extinguished quickly.
• Fourthly, if the fire goes out of control, you should move to a safe place and report to the nearest fire station.
• Remember never to pour water on an oil fire.

What decor elements do you have in your kitchen? How do you think the colour, lighting, and outdoor views affect your mood?

Yes, the decor in my kitchen, the colours, the lighting and the natural environment outside affect my mood. Cleanliness, decoration and natural surroundings affect our mood in any activity we do, cooking is no exception. I have some nice furniture in my kitchen and I use LED bulbs for lighting. As a result, the furniture shines through the white light. On the other hand, my kitchen has a window on one side, through which one can enjoy the natural environment. Especially because of the natural light and air coming through the window, the mind is very cheerful and cooking is also good.

Do you enjoy watching cooking shows? What cooking shows have you watched this season?

Yes, I enjoy watching cooking shows, because I always want to know and learn about new recipes. Then I make it myself. I am a male, but living without a family due to my job, I have to do my cooking. So I sometimes go to YouTube and watch cooking shows and enjoy.

Recently I watched a cooking show, it was about cooking duck meat. A few days ago, we had a party together with colleagues, and the responsibility of cooking the party fell on me. So I went to YouTube and watched a video on cooking and processing duck meat.
