Personality is the aspect of a person that he/she presents in public.

Personality is derived from the Latin word persona which means "Mask, face, and appearance". Persona has a blurry origin in Greek.

Another Similar word to it is person:body.

We often ask what kind of a person he or she is.

And we get an answer that sheds light on a person's avatar he wears and acts accordingly in public.

Persona was linked to theatre playing where people switch different roles, clothes, speaking style, their way of walking and sitting, and above all their way of presenting themselves.

Another meaning of persona is also "Voice", how a person speaks. If anyone speaks loudly all the time in a blunt manner, then that person couldn't brand with a good personality.

Personality is our physical, psychological, emotional and social aspects, which we switch from time to time.

For instance: if you are a teacher you would dress, speak, and act differently than when you are at a party or wedding.

Hmmm, A women's personality?

It should be charismatic, kind, lovely and everything sassy.

It should be something that people can't forget the time they have spent with you. It should make them more to be around you.

I had one female teacher in my MSC who taught us in all our semesters. I adore her, respect her, and praise her to everyone.

Do you know what kind of personality she had?

A modest and simple one.

• She was low maintenance, would always come on time,
• talk politely and deliver every word accurately and clearly.
• She has learned her job description well. A teacher should be a good public speaker as she was.
• She never spoke too loudly or too shallow, there was a balance in her voice.

Above all, she was committed to her job. She would never leave class early and never skip her working hours, unlike most of the teachers.

She was elegant and kind yet no one dared to be frank with her or simply take her for granted as university students do.

A woman should have a goal in life that keeps her on track. So that she doesn't fall for gossiping, judging other women, and wasting her potential.

In general a woman should dress according to her culture.

Should smile more while meeting people (don't follow this in case of the opposite gender if you are from an Asian country, @shiftitamanna you will relate).

She shouldn't self-praise. It's one of the grossest things any woman can do when she constantly praises herself for everything she does, making their opponent doubt them.

A woman should be clean from head to toe. Remember your personality sucks the moment someone finds you are smelly or dirty.

I know a woman in my acquaintance who has a good personality. She brushes her hair first thing in the morning after her basic cleaning.

She is always presentable and agreeable.

Personality is our public figure. It's a mask we wear in front of people, if so we can change it or upgrade it.

It's not a bad thing to get a good personality.

What can we do then? Hmm, start with the following things.

A woman should never be full of herself all the time. Instead, she should genuinely show interest in others. A woman with a good personality shows empathy and concern about other's problems and talks.

A woman shouldn't be Allah miyan ki Gaye, she should have her opinions and skills. One can always learn everything in today's age.

She should share her humble opinion with her family, friends, and public gatherings. For that, one must not shy away, gone are those days.

A woman shouldn't be complaining all the time. I know someone who always sees negativity in everything her husband or family does. Always complaining.

People run away from negative people. If you wanna have a charming personality then start practicing gratitude.

If you find problems around you start solving them, complaining won't help.

A woman should be social. A woman makes the home where she hosts family and friends. If she has social anxiety she wouldn't be able to face save herself. Communication skills are an art anyone can learn.

Start asking questions if you don't want others to indulge in yourself. You'll get better with time and grow into the personality you admire.

A good host makes you a good woman in the eyes of others💕

I was my late grandmother/Nano♥

She was loving and caring. I have never seen anyone talking ill about her. Even the evil people praise her who generally talk ill about everyone.

She was always there to help everyone. She would cook food for the neighbors and her extended family would prefer to stay in her home over others.

She didn't have any sisters so she had made many soul sisters in her colony. Who later on betrayed her but she never fought back.

I have never seen her gossiping about anyone or fighting with anyone.

She was the peacemaker of our family. We were linked with our extended family when she was alive. I never knew about any disputes, it only happened after her departure that we no longer share the same bond with them.

I was 14 when she left us. Her home doesn't feel like home anymore.

I saw resilience, homemaking, kindness, sociability, financial wisdom, and cleanness in her.

If that doesn't make a woman then what does?
