I got an invite from @yuswadinisam to join Steemit Engagement Challenge, S9w3: What is a woman?. From the beginning, I wanted to participate in this challenge. Apart from admiring and being admired by women (LOL), I'm curious because I haven't won all the contests throughout 2023.

I was wondering about the winning criteria and assessor capacity in each challenge. Maybe my articles are not high quality or interesting enough or I'm new to this community or not posting consistently enough or I'm not well known enough or there are other aspects that I don't know about.

This is a challenge about women that is very broad, but we can define it from one point, namely the women closest to us. This way of seeing is interesting because it elevates the emotional side of us about women, whether they are women we love, know, or not. Maybe there are also women we hate?

What does the word "Woman" mean to you?

For me, women are the heart and heart of the body. When women are gone, the pulse of life is no longer felt. Even life is no longer worth living.

Without women, life does not work in balance. A life without women is a life not worth living.

Do you think that women are born only to be housewives?

The role of a woman is more than that, not just being born to give birth. However, born to manage life, make life more beautiful and meaningful, and create balance in life.

There are women who choose to focus on being housewives, that's not wrong. There are women who choose to have a career and refuse to settle down. It's a choice that must be respected, even though in my opinion, household and career can still go together.

What is the role of a woman in your society?

Women are not objects in society. Women are the subject. Development and all public policies must involve women. In Indonesia as a democratic country, the role of women has been given an important place, although it has not yet reached the ideal stage.

Success against women is no longer on paper in regulatory articles but is already at the implementation stage. Awareness of the importance of women must exist in all aspects of life.

Who are the most important women in your life? You can tell us about your wife, your mother, your aunt, your niece, your girlfriend, or even your sister-in-law.

One of the women I love is my own wife, as well as my mother, my two daughters, and my only older sister. With my wife, I discuss everything, from work problems to minor problems.

However, for tough work issues, I don't discuss it in detail or I won't tell my wife that the problem is confidentiality. Sometimes my wife doesn't understand what I'm saying at all. But I have to convey it.

Likewise, if there is a workload. Even though there was no solution from my wife, I felt lighter after discussing it with my wife.

Besides that, I have a lot of female friends. Even my current close friend is a woman with whom I discuss many things. Because we are far apart in age, I consider her like a younger sister, and my family and their families know each other closely.[]
