No one gives you happiness except you. You're are the first person to make yourself happy before anyone else. Being happy gives you a relax mind, good emotions, joy and peaceful feeling.

Happiness is very important in ones life as it's also contribute to healthy living. Happiness plays a very beneficial effects for building up the body. The joy that is involve in happiness nourishes the skin making you look healthier than what you could imagine.
Being Alive
The first thing that bring happiness to me, is seeing myself every day among the living. This is the greatest happiness. I carryout my daily work all by myself. I walk without any difficulty. I breathe freely with joy, sleep and wake up very sound and healthy. Having all this benefits free of charge from God Almighty, gives me happiness.
Singing
The happiness and merriment that comes in singing is overwhelming. It gladden my heart to belong to the group that render praises to God. Singing takes away my lonely moment from me, giving me a great contentment of hope. When I sing, it relieve my stress, gives me strengthen and build my mode immediately.
Family
Family is another thing that brings happiness to me. Each time I spent time with my family, gives me the reason to be happy. Family will want to know how you're fairing, they will make you laugh, have fun, they care and see the need of your existence. Family encourages you and support you to grow for better tomorrow.
Showing love to another
Giving help to someone no matter how small it may be, brings happiness and satisfaction to my inner soul. It gives me strength and open a way for me to do more. Helping does not mean giving money only. It involves a lot. It could be an ideal that solves a person problem. But most importantly is making another person happy just like you.
Dancing
Dancing is a good therapy for me I must say. It gives me this inner joy and satisfaction. It boost my performance in other real life situations. I love Dancing because it's good Health wise.Dancing moves helps in blood circulation. It's aids flexibility which is good for healthy living.

Dancing precisely helps me forget the daily stress I go through.its therapeutic I must say. Givers are always joyful, so when I reflect on how I have practiced giving, smiles boom out of my face effortlessly and this helps me to manage my stress.
