This is my first post in this great community. I would be participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 13 Week 4 I would be well detailed about the whole process, so lets dive into the main action.

Who does the Shopping in your house? Why

Growing up as a kid during my childhood days, my mum did the shopping! I remember vividly when asked what pair of shoes I wanted she always got a broom stick, measured my legs and went to the market to get those pair of shoes for me.

Moreso, I would always end up being overjoyed because she knew the right "Ice to Poke at!" She knew the trend and always knew what I wanted. She was always at the forefront doing all the shopping because she knew what I wanted, and she gave us the best. What more could we ask for!

I would say that I'm a buyer, I remember visiting a mall with my girlfriend back then in college,I got so irritated at how apply she was about the beard cream I picked up! Stella brought out my credit card to make payments as she came in later after I was done shopping. I was embarrassed as she asked me to return the beard cream in front of the front desk cashier.

However, at first I thought it was a joke, she embarrassed me because she wanted the best for me, she returned most of the things I bought and replaced them. I was forced to get the best products courtesy her influence. She made jokes with the cashier and winked at me whenever the cashier laughed. She wanted the best for me and she went extra mile to give us the best amidst embarrassment. Well that is love for me. I walked away to the car, but she came in caressed me and told me she wanted to get the best for us, that's when it dawned on me that I'm a buyer. Long story short I'm a clumsy buyer haha..

Who do you think finds the best bargains, men or women?

I feel the women gets the best bargains during the shopping spree

scenario:

My mum once went to the supermarket to get groceries, I was opportune to be in the car with her, she gets into lengthy discussion with the cashiers during purchase, she tries to reduce the cost of these products she ends up making the cashier shake her head in disbelief and agree to her terms,it looked like a god performing magic

She buys these products at subsidized rates, you won't believe how much we saved after 2 months of her assuming the role of shopping. My dad had this smile always on his face accepting any cost from Tom Dick and Harry he never priced or argued against the price tags on products. He was always eager to roar "OK here is my card."

I would prefer services because they communicate more emotions to the consumer more deeply building trust.

You can get a lotion, repackaged or substandard/ Fake due to manipulation of the brand by road side producers which is common to third world countries like Africa sometimes,the name behind the brand can be compromised due to fake products of the brand

On the contrary, services can never go wrong. Walking into a spa to get a massage is more emotional, as you get the required service shi h the company represent, which makes you a repeating customer. You walk into your favorite restaurant KFC chicken, and you get the maximum utility from the product,courtesy the services from the company. Services better represent the brand. Branded products can be compromised! That's my thought on that.
