New hair band

INTRODUCTION

Hello dear friend,l hope you all are doing great, l'm doing fine over here,l welcome you to this week8 episode of do it yourself competition organized by @ngoenyi in this unique community. I love participating in it every week.

My interest for the week focuses on recycling.l value recycling because it help us make good use of my useless thing.

Today l want to make hair band from my old clothes rope.l am bigger than the clothes but with this contests, it help my imagination to fly down there helping me to turn the rope into a useful hair band.

Material used by me.

Rope

Sewing needles

Red Sewing thread

Measurements tape

Scissor

Elastic

One bead

As you can see from the picture,my rope is long
l need to resize it the length l need.

I use scissors and cut the edge of the clothes because it was seal as rope.

Used a measurement tape,an measure the size you need,mine was 16cm length of Elastic and 20cm length of my rope.

Insert the elastic inside the rope.
I use pencil an push it gentle.

This is the result,at this point we're almost done.

I use hand needles and sew the both ends, so that the elastic will not come out,and for head lapping.

Cut your red thread into two,an trim it to your desireable side and shape,I Use only one line of thread an tight it and finally add bead

Welcome to the new look of my creativity.Now l have a hair band.

It is very simple to create new things form useless thing, u can check around you, look for one an ceate.
As you can see from this post,lt is a very simple recycling but unique hair band,l use less than 30 minutes to have a new hair band.
Please am so sorry to missed snapping the last past due low battery that is cutting of red thread
and attachment of bead
