How much do youagree with what the evil eye looks like?

In our African society we believe so much on the evil eye. And in my country we believe in the spiritual aspect of life and we understand that things don't just happen. The evil eye could be someone plotting evil against another person.

The evil eye could also be a negative pattern in a family. Have seen families that all their children are wayward every generations must be wayward and their girls giving birth outside marriage that's an evil pattern.

Recently a lady got married in my church but before her marriage she observed that every woman in her family never gets married even down to her mom she was the first person to be proposed to. Alot of prayers went in for her before she could get married.

What measures do parents take to protect their children from the evil eye?

Alot of African parents tend to monitor the circle of friends their children move with because the cases of friends killing friends is not a new thing. But one can never really avoid every evil eye, it's part of life.

One thing i believe have kept many children is the prayers of their parents. African parents pray for their kids alot and i believe aside from other strategy put in place to ensure the safety of kids. The best measure parents take is to pray for their children.

Are parents really worried that their children may be affected by the evil eye?

Every parents is concerned about the well being of their children so definitely parents could get worried about their kids. But worrying will not do anything instead watching and praying is the best solution to avoid the evil eye and even when it comes its plans will not be accomplished.

If someone is affected by the evil eye, what kind of consequences are seen? Or how does one realize that the evil eye has fallen?

There is only one aim of the evil eye which is to destroy. It can come in different ways but its aim is to destroy. So one way you can recognize the evil eye is if things suddenly starts to gp bad or a negative patterns because everything the evil eye does is on the negative.
