Success in every facet of life depends on how we individually rate it. Many people rate success based on physical wealth, but I'll tell you success for me may also include attainment of goals and purpose. A purposeful life is a life of impact.

My favourite successful woman on steemit is a pacesetter. She's a go-getter, a jolly good fellow, a mentor and a builder. How do I know this? I know because I've had an opportunity to meet her, and I've also seen her possess all these qualities.

I love her positive energy and vibes, how she encourages newcomers. I also love her diligence and consistency in making progress on steemit. It's so, so amazing.

Are you still wondering who this beautiful achiever is? She's ma'am @ngoenyi. Please give a standing ovation to a queen, an achiever, a builder of people and a steemit enthusiast.

I joined steemit through her guidance, her children and one other student at the school I work mentioned to me, so I asked to speak with her, and she gave me an audience. She gave me step-by-step guidance after helping me to open the account. I remember how I used to bug her with many questions, yet, she won't mind, but will attend to them. It's through her that I got to know about many other great achievers on this platform.

That's why I describe her as a human capacity builder and a pacesetter. If you ask some Nigerians who are on steemit and those who are making waves today on steemit how they heard and joined steemit, don't be surprised it's through her. She has such a humane, humble and loving personality.

She's a different breed, unlike some Nigerians who will find a way of earning a dime, they will never tell you, even when the cash is not from them. I mean she's selfless and kind.

One of the occasions we had in Nigeria, the Uyo Steemit hang out 2023, which I attended. She took the entire organisation of the event on her and other like minds. I was amazed to see her that loving and selfless.

She has attended many feats, and has successfully built people, not just people but those who are making waves on steemit platform. She is the admin/founder of the Steem Kids and Parents community.

Her zeal and passion in building the platform is a great job. I've been told how she used to go to schools to introduce steemit and had also spoken on the radio station about steemit. This is a great sacrifice which is motivating.

You're such a loving soul. I'm writing this to congratulate you on your great fit on steemit, how you made such an intentional effort to grow the platform by sensitising, inviting, signing in and mentoring others to stand strong on steemit.
