Introduction

The last month of the year is usually the most busy month as if nothing happened in the last 11 months. The last month of the year is usually filled with festivities every corner you turn to.

It is a month where people spend their savings for a good time enjoying themselves. Some people can travel as far as they wish taking vacation to rest and enjoy their year long savings.

Do you have any special plans during the last month of this year?

Yes, I have plans, they're the following;

1. Our family thanksgiving to God for the blessings we've enjoyed in the year 2023.
2. Visiting my parents house after almost 5 years now.
3. As usual, I've planned to take my children out for fund and enjoyment in our city's favourite places like the Ibom Tropicana in my State for movies and fun.
4. I've also had plans to send Christmas packages to people, especially our family members.
5. I've planned to embark on a special retreat to pray and ask God for divine direction next year,very important.

How to celebrate the last day of the month?

It's our usual rituals to go to church on every last day of the year. So this one won't be different though it falls on a Sunday which is a worship day. My family and I will still go back to church in the evening for the "cross over"service as it's usually called and come back after the " new year" declaration.

Do you have a plan to go somewhere in the last month of this year?

Yes, I'd loved to visit the Akwa Ibom State "Christmas village". It's an open park filled with fun. This is the most popular place in my State, so I'll love to take my children there since they've never been there since they were born. I am also going to attend the *Ibom Christmas Carol hosted by our State's government, it's usually a service for singing carols.

What do you want to achieve in the last month of this year?

If you ask me, I don't really have a specific thing for myself. All I'm praying and expecting is to know that I'm alive, and that my children, my husband and our entire family is complete. I also wish that we remain in sound health and peace.

What may seem as achievemen to me is the accomplishment of my church's festival of praise that's coming up in the last 3 days of this year. We are usually assigned to a task individually, I pray I'll be able to accomplish my task so that the programme will be a great success.

Conclusion

Almost everyone have an expectation for the last month, I just hope we all accomplish them.
It's a period of festivities, as we enjoy and have fun, may we all remain blessed and safe. Kudos!
