It's a nice opportunity to be here with other ladies, hopefully all is well.

I want to tell a story of one old Couple of Bible days by name Abraham and Sarah.

What happened

They married for many years, they left their comfortable home in their place and were living in a tent in another place but this humble woman Serah did not complain because she strongly believe and trusted Jehovah but they did not have a a child.
She wanted a child so much that she told the husband that if her servant Hegar has a child she will took it as her own, in time her servant have a son name Ishmael.
After many years something happened, when Abraham was 99years and Sarah 89years old they had visitors, they gave them warm reception and invited them to share a meal. Who were the visitors?Angels of course, they told Abraham that he and the wife will have a son the following year by that same time, the wife was listening from inside, she laughed and said to herself is it possible for me to have a child of my own when I'm old?.

The following year she gave birth to a son just as Jehovah had said, so he named the child Isaac meaning laughter

One day when Isaac was 5years, Ishmael was making fun of him, Sarah saw it, and asked Abraham to send Hegar and Ishmael away since she wanted to protect her son but the husband refuse at first later Jehovah told him to listen to the wife that he will take care of Ishmael and is through Isaac that his promise will fulfill.

Lessons i have learned from it

• I learn that I should believe,have faith and trust in almighty God Jehovah hope in him knowing that whatever I ask of him according to his will he will do it for me at his appointed time.

• I should always be hospitable, welcome visitors,be kind and generous.

• I should always take good and wise advise not minding who it is coming from.

• I should have a waiting attitude that is being patience

• I should not have a doubting spirit especially when it is about God's promises.

• I should not make fun of others unnecessarily

• I should always obey Jehovah and try my best to be his friend and maintain my friendship with him.
