Ist view of our Harvest

Harvest season, is one of the most looked forward times of the year for farmers all over the world.

Although, beyond the practical purpose of gathering food, harvest time holds a deep meaning and effect in the hearts and minds of people, bringing with it a profound sense of joy and gratitude.the sense of satisfaction that comes from seeing the fruits of one’s labor come to life.

I remember when we were little, after service on sundays , we always go to the farm for a little picnic, and it's always exciting ,we harvest crops and then we plant, we also tend to the ones that are still growing, it was a beautiful experience,

having a feel of the crops that where harvested after months of planting, watering, and protecting crops from pests and harsh weather, the sight of full, ripened fields ready for gathering brings immense satisfaction.

There’s something deeply rewarding about knowing that the seeds sown in the earth have flourished into something nourishing and life-sustaining. This joy of abundance is universal.

The abundance of food assures you of provision, security and contentment. Harvest brings togetherness .

For instance, traditions like Thanksgiving in the U.S and Canada is a time when families and friends gather to share a meal, reflect on their blessings, and give thanks for the harvest, and this has been passed down from generations .

Harvest gives us the sense of connection to the natural world. In this modern world, it’s very easy to be seperated from the cycles of nature.

But harvest time gives us the privilege to pause, reflect, and align ourselves with the changing seasons. The act of harvesting forces us to slow down, to be present in the now, and give thanks to the beauty and richness of the earth, isn't this exciting?

The hard work of farming teaches alot of lessons like patience, strenght, endurance, resilience, and humility, as not every seed will grow, and not every crop will thrive.

But know this: in moments of struggle, harvest is a reminds us that there is always something to be gained and something to be learned at the end of every faming season.

Conclusion : The joy of the harvest is diverse, springing from a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, connection to nature, and gratitude. It is a time of celebration, of reflecting on the year’s labor, and of embracing the yeilds of abundance that the earth has provided.

Thanks.
